We didn't stay very long either. Ice was filling up the guides within minutes after a few casts, hands were completely numb after one hour. Very typical between November and February up here.

Many locals and visitors can't handle the extreme heat we get in the summertime so I guess everywhere has it's difficulties. We try to get out there before sun up and back by noon. Thunderstorms normally rain on the parade in the afternoons also. If fishing was easy everyone would do it. Only the strong willed are successful.
