From what i recall is that you go over E and Q as something you use for abilities, and it can be smart in some cases, but definitely not in all...
As a caster Q and E are very usefull for PvE and PvP, because you will most likely have to do a lot of targeting with your mouse. It depends a lot on how many targets you need to keep track of.
@Lunchsacks If you are doing any raiding as healer, you will do best with mouse-over, because mostly you'll need to be healing constantly (even while moving?!!:O ). The ability to do some prober moving with E and Q in PvE will give that little extra, which often is the thing that makes you better than the rest (though for melees it can be different).
@TheBuskneger Haha, what are you talking about? :D Everybody turns with the keyboard every now and then, you shouldn't totally rely on the mouse since you could use the mouse for other things in those split seconds that really matters. The only thing that is really bad to use in PvP is back paddling.. newb

@5LIPkno71 kebinds means that you dedicate one hand to casting and one for movement... you cant move as accurately with the keys. The mouse sets that up. The keybinding allows you to have multiple skills under your fingers... also allows you to spam two skills at once, if you wanted to.

@OxFlea I find it difficult to click and use mb4 at the same time... I have since moved onto a Razer Nostramo, and I have more than enough buttons to use autorun on MB4. Separating movement onto the mouse and skills/ui onto the macro pad allows me to focus better on the game, and not what button I am pushing.

@sarahgar22 try click casting everything except the "e" skill. then once you got "e" down try doing the same thing with both "e" and "r"... ect. hopefully that helps!

To go to the second action bar, I press R. To go to the third action bar it's Shift-R. First action bar is F.
Really useful in my opinion.
