The officer was assigned to look after our team, he came up to me asked me why I didn't play for the team and I told him how I felt. I then proceeded to tell him that I was thinking of reporting the coach for verbal abuse to other players, this is when the officer threatened me. Sorry buddy, you need to escape Disneyland and look at what is actually happening.

He could come to all practices and all games. The same officer had a reputation for being violent and cruel. White, Black, Brown, Asian, Hispanic...all races were targeted.

People will not be able to afford every day things like food and other basic necessities. That is fact. We won't be able to pay for defense and military. I actually agree with this bill being passed, especially since there has been a few terrorist attacks by natural american citizens. Anyone who attacks their own country shouldn't even go through trial.

@DarkosApprentice They don't need proof. That is all bullshit. I've had cops arrest friends with NO proof. I've even had a policeman threaten me with fake charges if I don't keep my mouth shut. They can and WILL abuse their power and take you in with no proof. History repeats itself, do you not remember the Nazis? Hitler had people arrested and killed for nothing at all. Pastors and regular German citizens were killed on a large scale! Don't be a pond, wake up. Don't trust the government.

@DarkosApprentice What I was doing? Not playing for my school football team because I didn't like the backwards coaching approach. The officer was assigned to look after our team, he came up to me asked me why I didn't play for the team and I told him how I felt. I then proceeded to tell him that I was thinking of reporting the coach for verbal abuse to other players, this is when the officer threatened me. Sorry buddy, you need to escape Disneyland and look at what is actually happening.

@DarkosApprentice Also, he never took over the coaching position. He was just the officer that would look after the team (I went to a fairly rough school). He could come to all practices and all games. The same officer had a reputation for being violent and cruel. He once took someone from my High School and brought him to an area with no cameras and began to beat him. Next thing we know, the poor kid comes back with a bruised body. White, Black, Brown, Asian, Hispanic...all races were targeted.

It sounds like you went to a school in inner city detroit or something. The rest of the U.S isnt like that my friend. I live in alaska and I hardly ever see any cops out patroling. Even on a friday. Back to this NDAA though, It's only for suspected terrorists who are a threat to the people, read into it.

@DarkosApprentice Plenty of cops approach others for absolutely NO reason. I have no criminal record, and never will (unless a cop screws me over). I've seen someone in my High School have weed planted on him by COPS! There are a lot of good cops, but there are too many corrupt ones! This all happened back when I was a teenager, but I now have a very bad trust relationship with the police. They once came to my neighbour claiming his son had a gun outside...he was playing basketball!

You think the government should have the power to INDEFINITELY detain any US citizens "suspected" of "terrorism" without any trial or or grounds whatsoever?
