They come in great numbers and if they use little tactic they can conquer a city not a stadium. Thats why Riot Squads 99% dissasembles the hooligan groups they are going from 20 to 60 but they work as a team. (And they are armoured :D )

@UberSpyJ96 Yeah, maybe SWAT is some country bumb city in the middle of nowhere. I guarantee experienced swat units such as LA, ect. have far more experience then a lot of OMON units. Besides, I have seen a lot of OMON in person that were overweight useless pillacs also.

Russia is more free then America and Europe.
In Russia they dont ban and imprison right wing parties or shut them out of the media, they also dont imprison people based on their opinion about historical events such as the so called holocaust.
It might be a poor country at the moment but it will be richer then America very soon, just wait.
