No.. I don't believe he is trying to lose weight. There was this woman who filed a lawsuit against an H-Town rapper for giving her HIV. This woman said that she was digging through his drawers and found some medication with this name on it that was used as a cocktail for people with HIV. Mike is from H-town, he was out of the public eye for a little bit, he comes back and if you saw him on the Monique show, you will see that he doesn't look healthy now. My guess is that he has HIV.
