  • good job! that must have been hard to play.

  • O.O wow I cant even play like that.... so good its like wow.. One day... One day i will... nice

  • he has good tone. how old is he?

  • Whoever dislikes this is some jackasses because the boy is clearly young and this piece is not easy and for him to even get through it at his age is saying something. good job bruh.

  • Nice job man, i know its harder than it sounds

  • Awesome. I like how you're up there like, "You idiots, this is the easy shit."

  • You played well man. Anyone with any negative comments suck. That's a very difficult piece.

  • lol... at the claps :s

  • your suppose to clap and the end, not when he isn't playing

  • nice :D

  • How old were you when you did this? Because I am in 7th grade and I have to learn to play this. So far I only know the solo, but I am still learning the theme.

  • LOVE!!!!

  • Well, tptmeister, you must be happy that at least 1,218 people spent the time to listen to you and commented (good and bad). The presentation was a very good one indeed, and demonstrated your ability and potential, although I didn't see any 'tptmeister' responses in 'comments'. I thank you very much for the courage in posting, asking for comments, and using YT is a good method of 'rehearsal'.. Keep up the good work I say..

  • What grade were you when you did this?

  • james bond, lol

  • He would find it easier to jump those octaves if he'd point his tongue down and draw it back, the higher notes just pop out very easily like that. Keep it up!

  • look at my performance(on my videos:carnival of venice)

  • lol where does james bond come into this 0:22

  • This is fantastic!!!

  • awesome

  • good memorization!

  • медленный темп 4 и 5 вариации самое плохое исполнение 8ой вариции)))))) даже Тимур Сабитов сыграет лучше)))))

  • Good job. Inspirational to me when immature play this to a crowd of about 300 or something like that with no accompaniment.

  • i don't want to break you off or anything, you did good, especially at 8:30. but i think it was a little to early for this. don't you think? congrats anyway!

  • i like his tamber

  • amazing man

  • show de bola esse garoto tem talento eu tbm toco trompete e sei como é rsrs

  • This is a really neat song. I like it. I am a fellow trumpeter, not that it matters! LOL!. Anyways, way to represent!

  • Dude, this kid hit those accents pretty spot on. awesome job.

  • respect! dude!

  • Nice dude.

  • This is a pretty simple arrangement and would love to find a copy of it. Getting back into the trumpet after 15 years break and need something like this. Great playing.

  • This is just plain awesome

  • GREAT JOB!

  • You have great tone, not gonna lie

  • Thats an excellent job son. It took your own natural talent plus many hours of practice on that one and I know how nervous you were to boot-I did a trumpet solo on stage in my high schools ampitheatre also. You must be out of high school doing college now and maybe lucky enough to be in a good marching band. Whatever you do make sure you give your all-be a leader. Give 'em a good show! apply the same thing to studies and it'll pay off in spades down the road. Don't stop now.

  • This guy isn't really that good for his age, just sayin

  • @thebeast473 I'd like to see you do better.

  • @Harusama I could fuckin play better then this dipshit when i was in 4th grade.........just sayin

  • @thebeast473 You STILL to this day cant play better than this guy. Go cry to someone else, no one here cares to hear your bitching

  • @fsuownzall just admit that this kid is a noob and stop trying to fuckin protect him

  • @thebeast473 trolololol

  • @thebeast473 I have no need to protect him, he can do that on his own. I simply do not see the point of you wasting time to comment on this kids video, just to trash talk all the hard work he's put into an extremely difficult piece for someone his age. He's worked his ass off and a worthless douche like you isnt going to change anything. Your comment was rude and unnecessary, that is my point

  • @thebeast473 You're a giant dipshit just sayin'.

  • pretty good

  • You're great, and make great recoveries on the few mistakes you made in one of the most difficult pieces ever. Great job, and keep up the good work. 500 times better than I'll ever be :P

  • how old were you?

  • How old are you here?

  • Enjoyed your update. Good to see the clips of the practice time. Sticking with it even when you have to wear a coat and toque. Glad you are still enjoying Carnival of Venice. Hope you are still playing it when you are 90. Very inspiring and I plan to get the book you recommend for my grandaughter. I'll show her your videos. Thanks for sharing. GrannyGalore

  • Heads up I have been playing sence i was like 4... When ur playing after every Variable... Vibrate Lips just like you would to play the trumpet.. You started getting a little chop blown right about the second movement... But well played.. Keep it up

  • I Bet Hes Soooooooooo Good Now

  • Amazing job! IGNORE ALL THE HATERS

  • TUBA IS BETTER!!!!!!

  • keep keep playing !! it will bring you joy even later in life.

  • Dude u've got work to do but really you are goooood.

  • VERY impressive!

  • Very nice job with the accents on the melody lines within the runs! I very much enjoyed this.

  • Antalógico...parabéns ! garoto fiquei encantado abraços do BRASIL.

  • damn, thats intense bro.

i've got the arban book on my laptop and i'm currently in the process of learning it, and although you've got some work to do with articulation, i can say i'm easily impressed.

also, try playing it with a brass plated trumpet, because the silver ones tend to give off a brighter tone

  • I´ve played this myself (it's really fun isn't it?) and the key is to make it sound light and easy, which i think you suceed with. Well done! I´ve never done the second peice. You got the fingers working!

  • This is awesome great job, and as a trumpet player my self for many years it is extremely hard to double tongue and do the articulation that you did.

    Nice job

  • the names bond james bond

  • oh my god, good job

  • Great job!

  • ochin klassno ya tozhe igrayo trumpet :)

  • это не он играет это фонограмма

  • i am 12 and started to play it in the fast tempo i wan't to play it whit my orchestra before i'm 14 but your good keep going :D

  • @xTrumpetPROx you have your lulz, take them with pride my friend.

  • Well done, I play the trumpet my self and this is beyond me - cool.

  • wonderful... at least once every concert some crazy fool claps between variations.

  • good job:)

  • I am very proud of you. Your hard work is really paying off. I have raised 4 kids who are trumpet players so I understand the level of playing you are at. Excellent!! Keep it up. It is something you can enjoy for the rest of your life.

  • @GrannyGalore Thank you for your kind words.

  • This kid has a bright future in music

  • Really good, just needs practice thats all

  • @xTrumpetPROx well, i guess you don't know the meaning of variation... LOL UR A FAIL.

  • Actually the term is trumpeter and you are a good one at that... good dynamics and sound!

  • great job! This piece is a lot of work and I think the only comments allowed here should be after the writer plays this piece himself. That would cut out all the haters for sure! Excellent tptmeister!

  • xTrumpetPROx ur a fuckin asshole who probably fucks his mouth piece everyday and his dick would be able to fit throught that tiny ass whole cuz his dicks so damn small!!! FUCK U MAN. ur a complete asshole- KF

  • I"m A Freshman Learning This And I Can Honestly Say That I Can Look Up To This Young Man As Inspiration. Keep Up The Good Work.

  • echt scheiße in dem tempo!!!

  • @Lechnerplayer zu langzam oder was?

  • in dem Tempo echt scheiße, aber gut gespielt

  • I'm a senior and high school and its my biggest dream to perfect this pice. Great job! I loved it! i also loved how you jumped back in after the small mistakes. You didnt give up. way better than i could do.

  • @xTrumpetPROx you are such a jealous dick. how can you stand to get up in the morning?

  • @tomatokiller30 actually, me and my freind got 1st and 2nd chair in the whole state of California

  • @xTrumpetPROx Geez, man. I don't know this kid, but I'm sure he's never claimed to sound like Wynton. For a freshmen in high school, he has a pretty nice tone. A little harsh for very brief moments, but definitely controlled. I think he did a great job considering his age and skill level. His dynamics and emphasis are very nice. Staccato and slurred at the right parts. You must be the band geek who competed with this kid for first chair and ended up losing. Sucks to suck, man.

  • @erikkanter your right he doesnt claim to sound like wynton, but i just dont believe someone should play this at performance level unless they have it near perfect. it is just an opinion

  • @erikkanter he actually messed up a lot... i dont c y ppl r so impressed

  • @xTrumpetPROx ive been playing in brass bands for 20 years and never come across such a rude knob as yourself until now give credit where its due and until i see you post somthing better keep your negative comments to yourself.

  • @xTrumpetPROx I'd like to hear you play this if you think you're so much better.

  • @SkweenMuffins i dont know how to actually upload a video i actually just made this so i could comment on videos

  • @xTrumpetPROx I bet this kid, who can probably whip your ass in playing trumpet, can also spell better than you. Get an education and quit bothering people.......just saying

  • @expostfactum unless u havent been in the 21st century for a long time, its very common for people to type "u" instead of "you" as a way of typing faster. same with "ur" and "your". im also in geometry in 8th grade so i do have an education. and i have a right to state my opinion

  • @xTrumpetPROx Just because everyone uses this or that to speak(take ebonics for example)in the 21st century, doesnt mean it is a reflection of intelligence. Also, based on the number of people taking a bite out of your "arrogant little 8th grade know it all" ass,I suggest you spend more time learning your geometry and less time spewing your baseless criticism of this boy.You claim you are so fantastic,SHOW US or SHUT UP. Better yet, give us your daddys phone number so we can call him to slap you

  • @xTrumpetPROx being in eighth grade geometry aint s*** bro! no one cares that you are an arrogant bastard!! so until you gain the courage to play such a difficult solo, dont say crap about no one because you probably dont even know how to solve for 'x' dips***

  • well done, my complements!!!

  • Very nice !! Keep playing and ignore the punks in life.

  • Dude i like this i really do! but everytime i hear the end it pisses me off so badly hahaha idk?

  • Congrats!!! Excellent performance!!! how old are you here exactly???

  • this piece is not for him, hi is to young

  • this was so fake. if you watch the breaths they dont match with his playing. this is edited. plus half of the fingerings were wrong ive played this song so many times

  • @Amitron21 u crazy

  • @Amitron21 are you a retard?

  • @Amitron21 he has a four valve trumpet...

  • (trumpetmonster) Qual é a dúvida pra tanta interrogação?

  • @12345623911 ok wat the hell u say trumpetmonster then go all mexican on me im confused

  • O garoto realmente se parece com Justin Bieber, mas toca bem e se levar em consideração a idade com que ele gravou essa peça difícil...hoje ele já deve estar tocando muito. Parabéns!

  • @12345623911 ?????????

  • Justin Beiber Plays Trumpet? What a Shame :'(

  • Very nice! I am thinking taking this on next year. This year I am doing Mockingbird Fantasia Arrange by Clair W. Johnson on trumpet, but I have yet to find a recording of it.

  • Wow, this is too amazing. I'm so jealous of prodigies such as yourself. I love playing the trumpet but I just can't be as good as you! (:

  • Cudos to this young guy. He might be being pushed a litle too much right now in his career. Call me a worry wart.

  • my bitch band director is a liar, she said it wasnt on Smart Music. :/

  • His parents must have soooo proud. Mazel tov!

    Elliott Openheim

    Trilllium Brass Trio

  • you remembered 9 minutes of music, when i have trouble remembering how to differentiate in calculus

  • Very nice job! I was following along in my own copy of Arban's, and I was very impressed!

  • a valiant attempt, Good job! I've tried this song, and failed. :)

  • that was brave

  • Bravo my son continue and i hope you have a great succes !

    Good luck for future

  • BRAVO!!!

  • ha im about to graduate high school and i cant play this... i've tried lol and ive nicknamed it "the song from Hell" xD... Good job! Your tone was very clean, and i heard each note crisply when it was supposed to be. There were a couple of fallouts and little things but it was amazing... I would not play this in front of people even if i could play it, stage fright big time :) found that out with my marching band solo! So way to go!

  • the audience (public) is horrible and even doesn't listen to the music... ! people think they are in a circus ! pathetic, bravo to this young trumpet player.

  • loved it

  • that was brill had me in tears good lad

  • it wasn't perfect, but it KICKED ASS!!

  • Wow, I'm a Junior in High School and I've been trying to learn this, and I have come no where near what I just heard. Good job man, you truely have a LOT of talent.

  • questo è un mostro

  • talento formidabile

  • Just to add another comment. What shows maturity in a performer is when a mistake happens, you go on. As I can see there was some things you missed, but you kept going with out missing a beat. That is really hard to do... Just wanted to give props to you for that.

  • it's very gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd

  • Amazing job sir. Damn, kinda sad I switched from the trumpet now lol.

  • first off amazing job.... and i would like to see some video responses from the people who say they can do it better or the people who disliked the video... BRAVO!!

  • Very, very, very impressive! Judging by your talent at this age, I'm guessing you're studying at a conservatory now and well on your way to becoming a professional. Best of luck . . .

  • Very well done. It certainly is not easy playing the piece. To do it in front of an audience, and not as a professional, is all the more challenging. Congratulations and much success.

  • This is actually pretty good I like how you make it look effertless. Good job, as for everyone hating this is a hard solo. Lets applaud him for doing doing as good as he did.

  • that is wrong i play that better

  • @trompetadpg

    Video? Asshole.

  • @trompetadpg well this video isent about you so stfu and watch

  • James Bond lol

  • what grade were you in when you did this?

  • @tomatokiller30 I'm pretty sure he was a freshman in high school.

  • @tomatokiller30 Junior year I think

  • I guess he shut up those wisenheimers in the audience!

  • 8:47 - THAT is hard to do haha - nice job.

  • I hope you have kept working at it. If so you are probably insanely good by now.

  • How Old Are You Maaaan? It's Pretty Good Bro

  • even Wynton Marsalis didnt do this flawlessly. dont give up! i bet a majority of the 170 dislikers cant even approach this. neither would they have the guts to continue the show even after mistakes.

  • @TrumpetOSoul wtf man? his tone is not even close to bad... it's pretty good actually:D and if u can do better why don't u show us some vids of your own skills huh?

  • your tone is bad actually

  • @TrumpetOSoul You're bad. I need vids of you doing it.

  • HOLY CRAPPPPPP :)

  • its not fake this guy is awesome dont be jelous haterz im in my 3rd year of band and i can play this on the trombone

  • @REXY309 cool, friend invite me, and make a video. i want to see you play it.

  • @wPHao i did

  • @REXY309 i dont see it on ur profile??

  • great embochure kid.

    way to go for it!

  • great embochure kid.

  • Remarkable and when u consider that the performer doesnt appear over the age of 16 at the time, alot has to be said for the natural talent. One performer to the next...Dont let ur horn get dusty. I stopped playing for 10 years and while I can still play Im no where near what I was...So the lesson USE UR GIFT

  • Sounds pretty well! It is definatly Arban's hardest piece.. but also the best! :D

  • It can't be fake. He made too many errors. This piece is the last and hardest of the Arban grandioso solos. It will chew up all but the very best. So I will say he gave a valiant effort, but far from an excellent performance. Oh, and I play the trombone version, which even the music sheet comments that it can be played 'acceptably'. BS! It damn near wastes me every time!

  • It isn't fake and it quite real.

No one cares if its original or not,as long as he can play it.

@.LilTy77 You are fake and not original.

  • Comment removed

  • this is so fake agree with lilty77

  • @LilTy77 its because he can keep his embouchure still and it seems like he isn't playing

  • @LilTy77 ur so jelous!

  • i thot that was a vizzuti piece

  • Excellent performance. Well done.

  • Excellent Very Good Job. Very Nice!
