The end showing it drilled continusly works well, deminstration wise.
Especally because you can see after the last strong hit you come back with another hit when returning (which is the first strike of the drill repeating. I'll give it a try.

Can this work with a telescopic baton? If not do you know any techniques?

@KarateJiuJitsu should be no prob! Most if not all of my stick fighting techniques I demonstrate will work with a telescoping baton.
