  • good luck gurl!

  • go girl, u can do this>>:-)

  • This is for all of those with negative comments!!

Everybody struggles with something in life!

NOBODY IS PERFECT! SHe is doing something to solve her problem. She has feelings that you should consider!!!

  • go for it girl. all the best. OAer from glasgow x

  • I came across your vid because I have just realy exepted that I my self am a overeater and just put into the search overeaters and found this I will be useing this as one of the toolsto help me stop good luck and keep going . also don't let the nasty bully's that search these vid looking for somone to attack get too you they are just scumbags and not realy worth your time .

  • good luck with your program. i've been a member of OA for about 3 years. the food plans are just suggestions and people are encouraged to figure out what works best for their bodies- whether it is 3 meals or 6 small meals. also, OA helps us recover our spiritual selves. its not all about losing weight. its about believing that a power greater than ourselves can restore us to sanity and help us to be better people and improve our relationships with our selves and our bodies. Be well Cyn.

  • STOP EATING!

  • Yeah, that'll work. Sure, I'd lose weight...as I rotted in the ground because I didn't give my body the food that, you know, a human being needs to survive. You're an idiot.

  • @Cyndiana hey dont listen to the people here at least your trying :) people should be supporting you not putting you down. and yeah thats true what you said i dont eat and now i have bullimia it sucks :(

  • @TheStonerFace Believe it or not, I suffer from bulimia as well. I'm living proof it doesn't work. I struggle with it daily. Stay strong, and get some help for your eating disorder. It'll be the best thing you ever did for yourself. Good luck and God bless!

  • @Cyndiana thanks for telling me it but actually its been working for me but yeah i think i should try to get over it ive had it now for maybe 2 months... its really hard to quit but your right i lost only about 40 pounds in that time so yeah... but now i excersise like 3 hours a day... but i hope is going good with you :)

  • @nohnamer1 Actually, no I couldn't, and no, I'm not "just a fatass". I am a human being, same as you. I have feelings, same as you. Go troll somewhere else.

  • @Cyndiana actually yes yu could how do u think the jewish people survived the concecration camp so yes you could and most of them were skin and bone before they went into the camps so yes you could survive for a week or 2

  • @nohnamer1 First of all, it's

"Concentration camps" and they didn't go

totally without food. They were given 300-

500 calories a day. Do your research before spouting off at the mouth, in poor

grammar at that, about things you know

    nothing about.

  • @BallsInYourJawsBitch shut your mouth, shes sexy

  • @BallsInYourJawsBitch

If you stop eating YOU DIE, ass. You're a teenage boy who's never had sex, aren't you?

  • Hun, I really hope that you stayed with your fight to lose weight, but I truly hope you didn't stay going to the over eater's anonymous meetings. You're SUPPOSED to eat 6 times a day in small healthy quantities. When you are hungry it's a GOOD thing, it means your metabolism is working. Stay with it!!! :-)

  • You go girl!!! I am behind you %100. You NEED to be surrounded by like minded people that are on the same track. I struggle with weight loss and can only imagine the depression, sadness, and discouragement involved. But don't be discouraged, set small goals, change habbits, and be healthy and happy like you were meant to be and will be!!

  • Rock on!! I am trying to lose weight and it's sooo hard. We can do it!!! Keep updating!

  • Get a job! Not at Wal*Mart with all the other lazies, but a real job, digging irrigation or fixing peoples cars.

  • I have a real job, ass! I take care of my disabled mother round the clock. I wipe her ass, get her out of bed, feed her, help clothe her, empty her catheter, entertain her, run errands for her, do laundry, wash dishes...and do anything else she needs, and I get paid by her home health provider for doing it, money which goes back into my family to help support them. Is that a real enough fucking job for you?!

  • go to the fst fighters in little britain.... then you have a chance^^

  • LOL!!! That'd rock! Except I'd have to knock a bitch out after a while, Marjorie Dawes isn't exactly nice. ^.^

  • I was scared and shocked when I saw your distorted face in this video and very sad when I heard about your plans to drop weightloss in your latest vid. have you yet considered to get a gastric band to find a way into some more normal life? I'm not an expert but it would seem like a way out. I wish you all the best and that you know that you have deserved the best!!! Marry Christmas!

  • I'm proud of you, youre trying :)

  • I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11)

I pray for the truth and the lies to be clear to you. May you have peace and may your hope be in the LORD not in food, humans, or any other earthy thing!

  • YES! Way to go!! I had a friend in high school who went from 500 lbs to 250 in 1 year with yoga and RAW food! He was FINE!!! Your body is so intelligent! You can DO IT!! You are so awesome!

  • yur sexy

  • try exercing that will help u also

  • Good luck,Cyndiana, Hope all goes well.!!

  • I am a therapist in graduate school and I have to tell you that you are amazing Cyndiana!! Keep doing your thing! I lost 40 lbs. and I feel fantastic! Positive thinking!!! yes, keep it up!! :)

  • This is for 71daze. A lot of people who are overweight do come from family's who have a history of being over weight, just like those addicted to drugs. Not all large people just sit and eat all day. Usually it comes from not eating the right things like fast food. Overeating for most heavy people comes from there emotions such as something that happened to them as a child. Instead of them going and smoking pot or drinking they eat. It also comes from people like you calling them fat fuckers.

  • keep up with it girl. I know what your going threw!

  • Well at least this woman is being honest with herself and admitting that it's EATING TOO MUCH that makes fat people fat.

Most fat fuckers will blame genetics or metabolism or something, anything but their own gluttony.

  • God bless this gal. And yes, too often people in general refuse to take ownership of their addictions.

  • you can do it, i had the same problem before, i was a size 10 and now im a size 2...took me 6 months. I didnt starve myself either...just ate sensibly and exercised and a lot of determination..Go girl..

  • look up hcg it works and you can do OA too

  • gd luck take care xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  • Much love to you ! I am a thin man and dont understand the complexity of what your going through but I admire your courage. propensity and bravery.

  • keep it up. just commit to your plan and the reward will be priceless.

  • Wow! Good girl! Good for you! Be strong and keep it up!!:)

  • Water Poisoning takes more than 6 gallons. Unless you some how drank it all at once within a few minutes, and if you did that, you'd puke it all up way before you get water poisoning.

  • Good luck I'm rooting for you.

  • 3 meals a day isn't good. u should eat 4-6 sm. meals a day, drink pleny of h2o, and excersice like crazy!!!!!

  • perhaps isnt good for everyone, but I lost 120plus pounds on 3 healthy portioned nutritional meals a day. That was 4 years ago. It's still off and I've never been healthier. I'm not coming down on you because of also heard 4-6 small meals is a good thing also, but done properly, 3 meals is just as beneficial.

  • hmm what about one meal a day? cause I'm happy eating one meal a day and a couple little snacks here and there. But I weigh 125 and am 6 foot tall

  • @wafflestuffer2 Your to skinny for your height = / one meal a day is not enough to keep your health =( bad wafflestuffer2...bad! Lol

  • wow... i am anorexic and i wish i loved myself enough to do that...

    your an inspiration..

i wish the best to you

  • good luck

  • Congratulations on your endeavors. But, OA does NOT have prescribed eating plans. They have several suggestions for eating plans but these are just that, suggestions.

  • I never said they did have eating plans. But, they do have guidelines for what constitutes "abstinence". Mainly, as I said in the vid, avoiding "trigger foods", foods that you tend to gorge on. Mine are refined carbs, white bread, sweets, chips, etc. So, for me abstinence is avoiding those foods.

  • I don't care either way darlin, but you DID say and I quote, "I got my desired chip today...basically it's a chip you get when you agree to adhere to uh, THE ABSTINENCE PLAN OF OA which is three meals a day, no snacks in between." Listen to your own video again. So, how are you doing now, about a year later isn't it? Best wishes.

  • I'm completely off the wagon now, but that's changing very, very soon. I allowed myself to get tripped up when my mother got sick, and haven't recovered yet, but it's time to get back with the program. As far as my saying "THE ABSTINENCE PLAN OF OA which is three meals a day, no snacks in between.", that's what I was told in OA. If it's not an OA guideline, I apologize, but that's what my meeting leader told me, so...yeah.

  • I love OA keep going it works!!

  • good luck sugar!

  • Good job, keep up with it!

I'm trying to lose weight myself, I need to, you're an inspiration, good luck and take care!

    xxx

  • First I want to say.. Good luck and God bless. However, John is right.. Read Tradition #12.

  • I hope you do well with it =]. Don't give up, it takes a long time for a lot of people to finally get to where you are now and join one of those groups.

I read this thing that if you drink 6 gallons of water a day you can lose up to 20 lbs in the first week. Good luck =]

  • Or, you could die of water poisoning, but...you know...either way, you'd lose weight, right? >_>

  • wow 6 gallons...you can drown yourself.

  • I'm a carb addict...

  • Oh God, me too!!! I need to learn to stick to complex carbs as opposed to refined ones like white bread, etc.

  • Your local gyms have those at hand, and with a plan. to my knoladge, those mentioned services cost more then a one on one. But hey, I've only been in the health field for 27 years. I wish you luck!

  • Actually, Curves is much, much cheaper than a gym membership and the personal trainer is pretty much thrown in. The owner works very hard to keep me motivated, and she is really sympathetic to my size and it's limitations. In my personal experience, personal trainers rarely are. They rarely know what it is like to be as big as I am, and the certainly do not know what it is to have the health problems I do (sciatica, arthritis, etc) so they tend to overwork me and expect too much, too soon.

  • And as far as Weight Watchers goes, I have looked into dieticians, but they are like therapists (of the psychological, not the physical or occupational variety), they are a privilege, not a necessity and charge you accordingly. Weight Watchers is medically approved, clinically tested and repeatedly proven to be to be effective. Not only that, but they basically build upon he same basic rules a dietician would lay out...eat 3 meals a day, watch your calories and fats and eat lots of fiber.

  • good video!

  • Thanks! A new one's coming very VERY soon. ^.^

  • Its not a matter of over eating... its what you eat. Multiple meals in small portions keeps the metabolism burning. 3 meals is ok, but make them small with snacks..and not junk, in between.

Don't fall for weight loss claiming companies that just suck you and your bank account dry. Hire a personal trainer and nutritionist.

  • If I had the money to hire a personal trainer and nutritionist, do you think I'd be doing Weight Watchers and Curves?! LOL Nope. I do what I can afford and that's what I can afford right now. It's working for me so far, so what's the harm? If it stops working, I'll try something else. Weight Watchers IS about eating well and at proper times. Not to mention that according to Overeaters Anonymous if I eat at any time other than meal times I am not abstaining. But, I appreciate your concern!

  • Why do we overeat? The human body is refined through generations of learning. Our bodies tend to "reward" us with happiness when we consume FATS and SUGARS. This is because for thousands of years these substances were not easy to come by and they are benifical for health. However they become toxic to health when consumed too often, and with civilzation as it is we have a ready source for these substances. Marketing knows of the drive to consume these that's why fast food has fat and sugars.

  • That's not the only reason someone overeats, but yeah, sugars can be VERY addictive. Carbs in general can be. I'm a borderline carb addict myself, so I have to really rein myself in when around high carb food. Thank God for the really good quality sugar-free/no sugar added products I have access to!
