Shia Adhaans, despite having an addition of "Ash-hadu anna Aliyyan Waliyullah", are by far more historically correct than the Sunni one.

Sunni and Shia scholars agree that you can add to the adhaan as long as you don't think it's actually a part of the original Adhaan.

If we don't accept this, then the Sunni adhaan is wrong also for having "As-salaatu khayrum minal nawm" in its fajr prayers.

However, at least Shia adhaan didn't "remove" the "Hayy 'ala Khayril 'Amal" after "Hayy 'alal Falaah".

Its bid`ah, its extra, innovative , and not the way of the rasul(PBUH) There is no ifs ands or buts. As far as my knowledge goes, Ali was a young man back then. He did not yet have the title he had when he was grown up. So his name was not in the adhan. But again I am only 16 and if you want to know for sure then research on it.

This is most beautiful adhan, i love the brothers voice. However, a question that came to me is that why is the Shia adhan differnt fromt he Sunni adhan. I have been to some chats about it but all that happened was that the brothers and sisters started yelling and arguing about it, saying that one is better then the other.

Salaam brother. To answer your question, Sunni people don't like Ali as much as we Shias do, although they say he is their 4th khalefa, so they don't say Ali's name in their adhan, but we shias do say Ali's name. If you have noticed, after finishing Quran, sunni people also take out Ali's name, saying Sada qallahul azeem, as we shias say, sada qallahul Ali ul azeem. In this case, they don't realize that Ali is also Allah's name and mistake it for Ali Muhammad's causin, and take it out.
