Fear not, I reload an old save to get it later. I believe I find all the health upgrades and sand clouds in this playthrough.

@DarkTruth666 Actually, No. The First Health Boost Is 11% Through The Game. There are only 6 Boosts anyway, 33 Sand Clouds. So Yeah.....
