Still, 9/11 fits less the model of the inside job than that of the liberal/socialist/pacifist/env­irnomentalist/Muslim/union job, as just about every important anti-neocor leader should but did not denounce 9/11.

The samples that they do have were collected YEARS after the towers and donated by people who merely CLAIMED to have found them at ground zero. I'll trust samples from random people who collected dust from ground zero over anything that comes out of Fresh Kills land fill where it was all handled by those with a strong motive to destroy evidence like this.

Check out the RJ Lee Group dust study, which also confirmed iron rich microspheres. Not ludicrous at all...

It's terrible actually because for the towers to collapse, their steel frames didn't need to melt, they just had to lose some of their structural strength—and that required exposure to much less heat... So yeah, that sucks for confirmation.

When I said "officially confirmed" I didn't mean it strictly in the sense that governmental forces that oversaw the clean up never confirmed the presence of thermite, I'm talking about the fact that none of the samples were ever remotely proven to have come from the site. Maybe you feel comfortable taking random people at their word who show up with thermite samples years after the fact, but I happen to need more persuading than that.
