It looks like Pico had more graphical capabilities than master system and gamegear. This game has a ton of colors and parralax scrolling.

Ahh.. the video freezes up when you get so far. oh well, I was curious about how this game played and crap because I'm a Tails fan and Adventures for GG is probably one of the most well-made Sonic games (Hardware limitations be damned!) ever produced. But man... All these Pico games are the same. xD

I wouldn't do any corny video editing like that. I'd probably prefer if AVGN Covered Pico software himself - although, most of the stuff that'd make him go "WTF" and drown his sorrows in beer are the import items.

Hmmmm, looks like the Pico has the same hardware as the Master System and Game Gear.

Nah, the graphics in many games are way too colorful to be Master System-based. Heck, just take a look at the "ending" of the Pokemon Advance Hiragana/Katakana game - it looks fairly much like a Sega CD Cutscene in terms of visual quality.

Argos (A catalogue shop in the UK, just in case you're elsewhere in the world and don't know what it is) were selling these for like £19.99 in a clearance sale once. Kinda wish I got one now just for the hell of it.

Sounds kinda overpriced to me, but then again, I don't really know much on the European Sega Pico items. To the best of your knowledge, were they more or less exactly the same? As you can see from my other videos, Japan has a lot of exclusives that are, well, weird.

I don't think it did well at all in the UK. I only saw a handful of games ever released which were just the Tails Music game, and a few Disney games. That was it. But the unit cost around £75 when new.

I remember seeing this game in Sega Visions, and since I liked Tails so much, I went crazy and asked my mom to get me a Sega Pico for Christmas back in 1994. I never got it that year and now that I've seen the gameplay, it was worth it. I'm not saying that this game is horrible, but there were better games during that time.
