Sustainability is a term that is getting thrown around much like the term 'Green' is misused. Ask yourself, can the earth supply enough materials to build houses like this one for all of it's population? Most certainly not, hence it's not sustainable. It's a nice project on alternative building materials, but much is still akin to current building practices.
