  • Ew, it looks like a shitbox, i mean nissian

  • thats not a ranger

  • @1955TheKid yes it its dumbass its the 2011 2.3 l turbo diesel

  • why dont they make the ranger like this in america?

  • @punchmaster123 because were all about MPG and pussy ass hippy shit like that. America gets the worst cars from all countries. Look at toyota, all there cars are slow. so they start making scions and what do you know, they put a 6-speed in a car with 160 hp. fucking retarded.

  • wow!

  • What a beautiful locomotive, and shed!

  • wow thats a cool video of a train idling out of a garage.....

  • What useless nonsense. How often will you need to tow a locomotive?

Getting back to reality -- how often do you wish you got better gas mileage.

  • VW did a similar stunt with Touareg towing a 747. They had to replace the standard suspension and axles and add about 4500kg in balast to the vehicle to give it traction.

  • fake!!! something tricky here....

  • It would be nice to see this truck in the States with the new 3.5l V6 Ecoboost, 26mpg easily, plus the towing power of the F150's

  • whats the deal, the train needed a jump start? lol

  • yes mine can

  • so why does the new FORD ranger look like a toyota with a chevy rear end??

  • It's all about the gearing and traction, period. It's not really about which brands are better, they each have their pro and cons. It's just a matter of preference. Me, I'm just happen to be a fan of Mopar only because that was the first car I rememeber my parents owning.

  • @pskittle488 also built quality

  • @HotHeadCJ

Yeah, that's true. But I think they all have quality, oddly though, they seem to trade off. One make does good for X number of years then one of the others takes the reigns for a while. Right now, I guess it's Ford. Who knows who it'll be next.

  • @pskittle488 Well personally strength and reliability of the vehicle over the years is very important to me. Who buys a vehicle year or couple years

  • Fun too see but a lot of real 4x4 can do this :)

  • lol don't show what was pushing it.

  • Thats one UGLY truck!

  • it doesnt need to??! not planing to pull a locomotive any time soon so yeah, my mondeo is just fine thanks

  • Not impressed. the locomotive is beautiful, but Its not as heavy as it looks. now if that Fixed Or Repaired Daily (FORD) Truck can pull a 400 ton steam locomotive, then ill be impressed! Where and when was the locomotive built? Looks like a Lima Locomotive Works builder's plate.

  • @Kleman09 - R711 was built by North British Locomotive Co. in Glasgow in 1951. Lima had no involvement with NBLCo. in designing this engine - the shape of the builder's plate is just coincidence.

  • @Kleman09 explain why not pls

  • @Kleman09 thats nor a fixed or repaired daily its a Mazda in Ford clothing....

  • wow

  • I was thinking, 4wd falcon ute with 335kw supercharged V8 engine. That would be better.

  • @trocker2 I don't think a Falcon frame would cope with that much stress. The Ranger is on a separate ladder chassis (probably fully boxed rails too). The Falcon is on a car platform.

  • @MrChevypower Your right, but still would be good. Hopefully they use this drive train in the new territory. It would be good to have something made here that is better then the imports.

  • So if I'm pulling a train weighing say 50 tonnes and something breaks is it covered by warranty?? Looks good. Hope you guys are working on a 4wd falcon ute that can do it better.

  • @trocker2 do what better? twist the frame?

  • I want one in the USA!

  • Impressive. But what is the power of the Ranger in HP and the torque in ft-lbs? I can't really understand the speaker at the end because of the music.

  • @xShooter7 taken from autoblog.com: "The Ranger came packing its TDCi diesel 3.2-liter inline five-cylinder engine with 190 horsepower and 346 pound-feet of torque. Bolted to a six-speed automatic transmission and equipped with a low-range transfer case..."
