  • Congratulations Mr David and Sean !!!!!

    FELICIDADES FELIZ 2010 !!!!

    from Brasil

  • I'm brazilian and I have shame to say the biachis are too. They must to go to the jail in USA forever.

  • Thank God this fiasco is over and Sean is reunited with his loving father. From footage I've seen he looks very happy playing with his dad and Goldman relatives. It's a new beginning. The nightmare is over.

  • @oprah999 Foreign aid to Brazil? They should send aid to the 1 in 8 american that struggle with hunger...lol

Sean will speak...Im looking forward to hear what he has to say.....

  • We have a great relationship with Mr. Bush. The idiot here is you Oprah !

  • We have to respect the kid's wish. Sending back to USA is a good idea, only if is what the boy wants. otherwise, he's goin'to be miserable, no matter what. NOW, that DEMONcrat from NJ retaliating BRAZIL and 200 million peolple because all this circus is IMPERIALISTIC !

    BRAZIL IS NOT USA POSSESION.

    LONG LIVE U.S. REPUBLICANS !

  • No, Brazil is not a USA posession.... and Sean Goldman is not a possesion of the Bianchi/Lins e Silva families. He belongs with his father. The circus is purely a Brazilian produced farce which would have been avoided had Sean not been abducted 4 yrs ago.

  • I think everyone needs to take a step back and come back to reality.

This is a PRIVATE MATTER between two families.

IT DOESN'T CONCERN ANYONE ELSE other than them.

Brazil has an independent judiciary much like we have in the US.

A system, that historically has the child's best interests at heart.

It is a waste of your energy placing blame on one side or another. The truth lies somewhere in the middle between one side and the other. NONE OF US can judge either side. LEAVE THESE PEOPLE ALONE!

  • Oh, no. Not you again leofreitas2. I was hoping you'd take some time off to get informed about the TRUTH of this situation before you went and plastered your 'conclusions' elsewhere on Youtube.

However, again, READ the data that exists on this case. THIS IS AN INTERNATIONAL ABDUCTION. It involves Brazils non-compliance with an INTERNATIONAL TREATY.

Sheshhhh. Its getting exhausting correcting you.

  • Lisa, it is sad that you feel the need to "Sheshhh" me. This is much like the issue you seem to be so keen on.

Your constitutional right to freedom of speech does not trump mine.

I am VERY WELL AWARE of the FACTS of this case, given my line of work, and NOT taking sides!

My post was JUST a plea to leave BOTH FAMILIES alone in peace to deal with this matter w/o OUTSIDE INTERFERENCE. I must have struck a nerve on you.

Anyway, in the end the courts WILL do what's best for the child. Have faith!

  • I totally agree! This issue was kept private for all these years, for it not to affect Sean's life! All that the brazilian family Bianchi ever wanted was to protect THEIR GRANDSON SEAN!! I am sick and tired of people such as you lisacallenwood thinking to be experts on the subject and making your statements when you weren't asked so!!

  • All I ask of you is to STOP behaving like this and let the families and the court decide what is best for SEAN.. not for Brazil or USA!! Lets not forget that Sean is still a child which hasn't gotten over the fact he just lost his mom! He is confused and taking him from his brazilian family wont help! LEAVE SEAN ALONE!!

  • maribel - yes Sean lost his mom but his Brazilian family has systematically tried to make sure that he loses his father too.

  • kept private?... what if it was your kid? There are 50 more children that were kidnapped and taken to Brazil, hopefully there has been enough attention payed to David & Sean's issue that it could possibly help all of the other families that don't have the resources that the Goldman's have to get their kids back where they belong..

  • @curious5849 sean was not kidnapped to brazil... he went there with his mother that sadly died and now the kid must go to a coutry that he dont know and live with a family that he dont got a long family relation and leave his step father and his granma and grandfather that he loves away.

i think david must leave sean on brazil and go visit him when he wants and sean go sometimes to stay some days with his dad too but not simply never come back to his home that is brazil

  • And the Bianchi's believe that keeping Sean from his only remaining parent is protecting him?? I don't think that they have given what is best for Sean even cursory consideration. Brazil has NO right to keep a child from his only remaining parent- end of story. They have a treaty that says so but apparently they only enforce it if they feel like it.

  • A Father belongs with his son end of story. Why is that so hard for everyone?

  • The court did do what's best a long time ago when they ordered Sean to be returned to his father. Now all we have is long drawn out appeals by the abductors who apparently believe that possession is all that matters. It is unreasonable to believe that the family in Brazil will do what is best for Sean since they have not seen to do it in the five years he has been held captive. Outside interference is the only thing that will bring Sean back to where he belongs.. with his Dad

  • ON THE PRESS TODAY: The boy Sean Bianchi Goldman, 8 yo, declared he wants to live in Brazil during an evaluation done by three experts and a Federal representative. "I prefer to live here, because if I go there (to the USA) I will get nuts. I want to stay here with my sister, my father (actually his stepfather), with my grandma, with my grandpa and with my other grandparents", he said in the evaluation of March 3rd, in Rio.

  • Hinidas: 1. An 8 yr old child according to most laws is not old enough to make the decision to stay in Brazil.

    2. What kind of crap are they filling his head with, he's gonna go NUTs in the US?

    3. He (Silva) Is NOT Sean's stepfather because the mother was still legally married to David. If their (silva & bruna's) marriage was legal then that just makes her a bigamist, karma got her. Why didn't the Mother take into consideration Sean's best interest when she kidnapped him?

  • You must be kidding. The boy was abducted when he was four and has now spent more than half of his life with his abductors. The fact that he thinks he will 'get nuts' if he goes to the US shows that he is being brainwashed by his abductors. His father did absolutely nothing wrong and to leave Sean in Brazil is to reward those who have broken the law all these years.

  • Brazil has a treaty which says that children abducted and brought to Brazil in custody disputes will be returned. Sean is an American citizen. What Brazil is doing is nothing more than State sanctioned kidnapping.

  • BRAZILLIAN CITIZENS don't care about Sean, NJ Corrupted Politicians, DEMONcrats, Sean's Father, Brazilian Governmt or USA Retaliations. WE ARE NOT YOUR POSSESION. TAKE this Kid back PLZ ! End of the Story !

  • @MrsNJNative he wasnt kiddnaped he was taken there by his mother mother,,,who loved him, kiddinapers dont love nobody, stupid

  • nobody doubts that his Brazilian family loves Sean. That doesn't mean that they have the right to keep him from his father. That includes his mother. His father has just as much right to be with his son as the mother.

  • This situation is shameful, and such unnecessary heartache by the Lins e Silva and Rubiero families. Bring Sean Home!
