I was not a devotee of Beloved Sai Baba, but I had a deep personal relationship. I have my own path and I felt that he encouraged me to follow it. I would have loved to have visited his Ashram before he left us. Now that he is no longer in human form, I feel even closer to this Avatar.

I believe it was he that urged me to learn the Gayathri Mantra and make it my own.

Siddhartha Quatama and Gandhi just to name a few. My question is, how do you respond to the evidence that he cheated using magic tricks to produce his miracles? This and the previous comment is reply for senxo.Once He found that His students were not paying attention to their studies because of Him. So, He said He would leave them and left in a car. Students were dipressed. Then, Swami came back. Some can say He was not consistent with His words but to me He was expressing His love for his children.If you want to know Him,you are smart enough to know Him by yourself, you do not need to listen to me or those who showed you the video.

Let me share an experience with Swami. In the 1970's, my Dad was escorting his chairman to Parthi. Not impressed and very cynical of Swami;s orange attire etc he thought to himself "look at the Drama this swami is putting up". Moments later Swami walked to him to the doorway where he was standing and put a hand lovingly on his shoulder and said "so you think this swami is putting up a Drama ? " My dad was stumped ! Now we know the indweller is aware of all our thoughts and desires. Sai Ram.

@senxo This is the best answer I can give you. Sai Baba has never said to spread his name. He doesn't want followers. Similar to Jesus or Prophet Mohammah or any other revered being. Look at His message, at His work.

His message makes sense. The work He has done, even the government of India can't do. You don't have to think of Him as God. That's not important. Learn His message, practice His teachings.

Essentially, my response is to quit being so petty. There's a lot more important stuff.
