Don't know if any of you know this - but his mother took her life when he was 12 - hence, this song was written out of memory for her. Very touching and moves me to tears when I listen to it. Same with Bricklayers Daughter. I've loved William Ackerman's music for a very long time. Used to have his music on cassette and have just ordered to have on cd's because I miss listening to him. He put me in meditation. Love You William !!

Wil Ackerman said that he wrote this song for his mother who commint suicide. Her innocence is what made him write such a piece. She died when Wil was in his early teens. Just so you guys listening to this can humanitize it better

i play nylon string guitars too, there has always been something special about the songs from his cd passage, i probably first heard it over 20 yrs ago and i still love the tunes just as much as i did then
