Some things just stink, you know. I've dealt with developers. This is so typical of big and small towns. They kiss the asses of the developers who could care less about the people.

He left out the part where the city took the land from the original owner under eminent domain and how the "developer" was just the original owner coming back for his land. The farmers and the city had no legal title to the land in the first place.
Anyone know where I can see the whole thing?
