nice Chris, I use alot of the xguard sweeps to set up lower 1/2 attacks. I like to pop the X from Butterfly, and then hit dutch's and ankles.

@CoringaoBJJ i never use x guard man i just you judo/aikido holds to open up the other guy and make a power move...love the basic rear naked choke!
