  • You want fluffy eggs... Put them in the blender. It will add air to the eggs and there you have it! Yeah America has many food problems. Growth hormones genetic alterations, sugar in everything and genetically altered fruits and veggies to be sweeter and larger. No surprize that we are larger. We are sugar and salt addicts, no shit,,, addicts. High fructose corn syrup is in many things it shouldn't be. That shit is really bad for you too. Been to russia 2 times ate normally 2 weeks lost 20LBS.

  • @Landotter1 blender...lol, all they need to do is put a little effort into wisking, there should be no chucks of egg and adding a little milk keeps it moist aslong as you don't over cook it.

  • @ebwarg The french use butter in everything, all of their food is immensely fatty and yet they don't have an obesity problem.

    The problem is not what or how much we eat as much as it is the process/GMO foods that are low quality and unnatural causing us abnormal health problems and weight gain.

  • @emptycorp Hmm not exactly, it depends where you eat in France. Don't believe everything you read.

  • @emptycorp Actually it's carbohydrates (sugar) that causes you to store fat... not the fat itself. Fat can't be deposited into your body directly. So you're right, but it's not purely the processing that is the issue, it's the carbs in general!

  • You should beat your eggs in the pan with the butter, make the Omelette in the PAN altogether. Also, Omelettes should be a vibrant yellow with the slightest hint of golden brown from the butter, yours is a little too dark.

  • Make sure you tilt the pan around to distribute the egg..I was crappy at omlettes to until I saw my friend doing this and I felt stupid..also start off on a lower setting until the egg firms.

  • I just discovered the secret to that!!!! Start off by sauteeing the veg or whatever you want in the omelette. Then add the egg at hot temp, and tilt the pan around a bit. But this isn't enough to get it not to break (at least not for me). Lower the temp and COVER THE PAN for 3-4 mins. That is the trick, works perfectly for me! Nothing stuck and it folded perfectly.
