He is using many stencils, each other for one colour. The black colour is on the top, covering edges other colours. It's not quite easy to paint so many colours from stencil in one clear painting. I hope I helped you.

1:29...dat lil girl is depicted from da film documentary "Faces of Death"...*da scene shows a young girl runnin dow a dirt trail twards da camera man away from where her village was jus bombed by american planes in vietnam. Da napalm got her n burnt her clothes n some of her skin off....im not 100% on dat, but it sure as shit reminded me of it...(so sad...if u've watched it, u kno wat i mean yo)...
