Mr. Skop in my opinion would be a balanced, reasonable and competent voice for the public welfare were he to remain as a member of the PSC. Not a likely outcome as the "push" by the utility Industry is for 100% " Schills." Just... my humble opinion. John Russell
BTW Nathan Skop was a real gentlemen and approached me following the hearing telling me that everything that I said was right on the button. This, despite Mr. Skop's obvious personal affinity for Nuclear Power as he became somewhat emotional as he described to me the initial start up of a Nuke Plant that he had been involved with professionally...
