The Facade almost looks like the facade of a Wurlitzer model 157 Band Organ.

I'm not sure; the Wurlitzer 157, together with its facade, is a close copy of a special model 57-key Gavioli organ, of which only a few were produced.

A Gavioli organ of this type (ironically converted to 165 rolls) burned with the Dorney Park Dentzel carousel in 1983. The only intact example I can think of, also converted to 165 rolls, is on the former Rocky Springs Park Dentzel carousel in Pennsylvania.

There are several other 57-key Gaviolis around, of different types.

Yes he does, although it's not exactly the same type as used for the 157. However, go to his page and type in 57 and you will find five videos of De Adelaar, a really excellent organ!

This organ is a 52keyless Ruth Model 33. The songs are a part of a medley, probably German, which contained five different tunes, but not sure about the name of these particular tunes.
