Kingfisher gives an experience as if it is a public bar moving around with wine and whisky a typical pub in air :) Jet shows up some descency the way they portray air hostess unlike kingfisher where air hostess are portrayed more for their beauty than their service!!

I have not flown Jet Airways on any international routes but domestic ones and their service is quite commendable.....I flew Kingfisher to LHR and it was fantastic..for me KINGFISHER!

Kingfisher gave us horrible food and delayed are flight for another 2 weeks and no money back as well as our insurance company.

List goes on.

Plus half of the tvs didn't work, one nice feature on only 1 of the areo planes when going back to the uk was the cameras on the wings but that gets boring soon.

Jet is better imo.

Jet Airways is a terrible airline. They cost me and my wife an extra $1400.00 on our last trip to India. We waited 2 hours for a Jet Airways rep to help us but finally had to pay the chagne fees or else miss our flight back to the U.S. Jet Airways customer service alter admitted to us that they could have saved us money had they sent someone to talk with us. Avoid this arinline at all costs.

This is a foolish comparison. Your comparing a 4 star airline to a 5 star airline. I could not believe how Kingfisher a Low cost carrier became a 5 star airline before Air India and JetAirways. It is because they are consistent with their level of service, you get an IFE system, Hot meals, Great service on a 40 minute flight. JetAirways may have the planes and routes, but they can not me compared to KingFisher

Jet is a 3 star i agree! But Jet flies international. It is not possible for jet to have a lounge at every airport it flies to. However IT flies only domestic. If you pit IT against cathay or SQ it will do miserably. On the international sector IT will not be a 5star airline. Reason being it will not have a lounge at 90% of its destinations!!
