General Mills, which makes Cheerios (which are made from OATS-- watch for the connection to OATMEAL) was actually told to stop advertising the FACT that eating this cereal on a regular basis had been clinically proven to lower the risk of heart attacks (remember what the media reported about oatmeal some time ago?). The reasoning behind this admonition? This kind of medically related claim can only be made about pharmaceutical drugs. Now who do you think was behind THAT piece of legislation?
