When DB Budokai Tenkaichi 3 came out, he knew it because of the movie "Wrath of the Dragon"... I think... That was before DB Budokai Tenkaichi 3 and after DB GT. So when DB Raging Blast 1 came out, it was only based on Dragon Ball Z series.

@charlieNOSHEEN04 goku didn't learn dragon fist until "Dragon Ball GT" series... DBZ Raging Blast 1 & 2 are from "Dragon Ball Z" series. That's why you don't see SSJ4 Goku or SSJ4 Vegeta.
