Sejuani, the Winter's Wrath First Impressions w/ Spunkify! - League of Legends

@beebeeice How are you playing her? Sejuani is a true tank, CC and utility, very tanky if built right. Look at Amumu. Jungler, Gap closer w/ stun, AOE dmg ability, AOE disable ult. Look at Sejuani. Gap closer w/ AOE applied slow, with the ability to follow up with a 70% AOE slow, AOE dmg ability, AOE disable ult. They're pretty damn similar, Amumu more focused on short fights w/ better initiation and ult, whereas Sejuani still has the capability to initiate well but works better in longer fights

Riot says that Sejuani is a Tank. It is probably the worst tank ever. No "tanky" skills at all.. Once she goes in, the dies. In lane, she gets harassed easily. In the jungle, she's not fast enough. Wasted my money :(

i dont agree i played Sejuani with 2 tanky items frozen mallet and crystal secepter then i went pure ap and my e and ult dished out huge dmg also i was tanky enough to stay alive and my slow pissed everyone off

@13a1Vana shes AD, not AP. If you build AP (Abillity Power) You can take Rylai's, if you take AD (Attack Damage) you can go Frozen mallet.

i think she sucks at the moment, there are pretty much better jungler and ganker, her jungling is slow and deals no dmg, if u come for gank most time people use flash / ghost.

furthermore she is in early game not tanky so her w is not that good and ur team neither have a tank in early nor a dmg dealer. shyvanas jungle is pretty much faster

Yeah i tried everything, she fails, if she doesn't have an organised team, and hardcore dps carries, clean here clock, she is more like a protect the team, and initiate champ, I like her, but compared to other tanks she is hard to play because you have to know "when and where" I'm looking forward to your guides because u give real video respones, my sejuani build is ,0- 21-9, heal-teleport, runes = +14 amor flat +5.4 health regen per 5,+5.4 armor at lvl 18, +13 mr lvl 18,+ 15 mr flat.

Great vid, I bought Sejuani and I find her pretty fun to play, but I like building her with Sunfire to add some heat to her cold heart. Even not doing "tons of damage" like phreak says, she can do pretty awesome sustained damage, being that kind of tank you cant focus and at the same time you cant ignore.

And I think Nunu, Corki and Rumble can be classified as mounted... Specially urfrider corki!

As a person who constantly plays main tanks and off tanks, i find sjuani a very nice hero who with her ultimate if used properly can turn the tide of the battle. and with good initiation. Even playing solo que i manage to use sjuani very efficiently.

The problem is that she's not as threatening due to her lack of damage. She can initiate, but if everyone ignores her and picks her team apart, even a good initiation can be for naught. Without damage, people arent afraid to -not- focus her.

Her stuns feel like they should be chained together.

Her passive feels like you should spread your skills out so your allies can proc them.

Her farming is fairly subpar compared to champions like Amumu and Rammus who can jungle in top-tier games.

She's like Blitzcrank. She can really dominate in fights, but she doesn't quite fit the meta.

I know his Tantrum will cool down faster if he takes hits, but I don't think that necessarily lets him take more hits. :/

A lot of people think she's useless, but I think Riot's made a fine tank this time.

Leona's awkward - A lot like Blitzcrank, she can cause a lot of problems for the enemy team, but doesn't really fit on team comps anywhere (not high-elo anyway).

Been a long time since we had good intuitive tank.

With Sejuani, you rush in, tag people with Frost, stun, rampage around, all the good stuff tanks do. Very different from anti-carry offtanks (like Irelia or Lee Sin) that most people use now. :)

you had me spunk until you said you wouldn't pick her in solo que, I find Sejuani a great junglier, she is on the same lvl as maokai in the jungle, she won't really kill but she will set up for the kill. She does deal decent damage if you get sunfire cape combined with her W is amazing. Sejuani is worth the rp. She is probably the best champ to pick for starting team fights. I think when TheOddOne gets back from the tournament he is going to love this champ, because this champ his style.
