but how can the machine run to a % if it is meant to be 100% random

the goverment supposedly take 6% from the bookies for each machines profit so if the machine is running on a 94% payout that means the bookies make zilch which is bullshit

also the roulette must be rigged if its running to a 97.5% payout but I suppose you also get the retards who throw their wages in the machines

@HadleyReisMC The 6% would be a tax on profits, on top of all the other tax the bookies would have to pay. The FOBT's run roulette at 97%, more than enough to make serious money, the turnover is just that high.
