I agree completely. The supression of free speech there would have been the confiscation of that video and the disappearance of all of those people. Now THAT'S a "police state."

was not public road.. They were protesting at the halaburtin headquarters for the poor conditions of the troops in iraq.. you know the bumper stickers you see everywhere.. Support the troops. Well these people were Supporting the troops by standing up for them...

Most of the powers the Bush administration has "taken" have not been done lawfully. They have committed a plethora of impeachable offenses.

What about Halaburtin? They gave our soldiers in Iraq polluted water which made them sick and the attempt to cover up the evidence of their screw up.
They are one of the top prospects of war profiteering in the U.S.-led occupation of Iraq!
