  • damn, holy crap cops, imagine if all protest/riot police acted like these guys, thousands be dead.

  • If it's not too late, a Federal Civil Lawsuit should be filed. Title 42 Section 1983. Any peaceful free speech met with police harassment should result in such a lawsuit.

  • Someday VERY soon people like me will be cuffing cops and beating them in the street. Our four fathers fought back against an oppressive government and started a new one.... America. Diplomacy no longer works, and soon we (the people) will resist using there same tactics that they use against us. WAKE UP AMERICA! Stop being afraid!

  • horses and pigs on parade

  • enjoy tha show.. this is our amerikan mafia saving the world from Intellectuals and n e one else who might undermine their tyranny! Bush is just the elites lil puppet.

9/11 was the gun that started the race.. A race with only losers! HR 1955 is the finish line! To the United Sheep of America please wake up.. U naturally r born to be free! Ur not an animal that needs to be controlled or put in a cage. The only Homegrown terrorist we have are running the country not attending demonstrations..

  • Wow. Im surprised the faggots didnt call Blackwater out to shoot wildly into the crowd, then claim they came under attack first.

  • Welcome to George Bush's America. Fuck Halliburton.

  • "Looks to me like 1. they were blocking the entrace, and 2. they didn't heed the requests of the police. First rule of protesting, don't fuck with the police. If they tell you to back up, get off the street, and get back behind the baracade, then you do it. Protest all you want, just don't do those two things."

    NoGuff - you're funny.

  • Free Speech is NOT Free!

There are consequences to free speech and there are those that often pay dearly.

  • We have a right to the freely speak dissenting opinions. Furthermore, we have the right to peaceably assemble. For the police to break up a non-violent protest is a grave breech of the Constitution and paves the road to tyranny.

  • Not anymore. We have no rights. Bush took them. Now Socialist Obama will have all those powers Bush signed into law... America is in for dark days ahead.

  • Most of the powers the Bush administration has "taken" have not been done lawfully. They have committed a plethora of impeachable offenses.

A good depiction on how they abused the Constitution watch the PBS documentary "Frontline: Cheney's Law" - it's chilling.

  • Anyone commenting here ever read our Constitution?

    1st Amendment:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

  • Don't mess with the police. Do as they say and you can protest all day! Hey that sounds like a protest rally chant.

  • there is no suppression of free speech here...just to back the heck up like the officers said..

  • I agree completely. The supression of free speech there would have been the confiscation of that video and the disappearance of all of those people. Now THAT'S a "police state."

  • Starting to look a lot like England everywhere I turn!

  • Looks to me like 1. they were blocking the entrace, and 2. they didn't heed the requests of the police. First rule of protesting, don't fuck with the police. If they tell you to back up, get off the street, and get back behind the baracade, then you do it. Protest all you want, just don't do those two things.

  • Fuck Haliburtin, EXXON MOBILE, and all the criminals in our government who think we will be silent or not watching them and their enforcers closely. YOUTUBE FOR LIFE! YOUTUBE FOR FREEDOM!

  • Does anybody know who owned the road and/or if the protesters had aquired a permit?

  • was not public road.. They were protesting at the halaburtin headquarters for the poor conditions of the troops in iraq.. you know the bumper stickers you see everywhere.. Support the troops. Well these people were Supporting the troops by standing up for them...

  • What about Halaburtin? They gave our soldiers in Iraq polluted water which made them sick and the attempt to cover up the evidence of their screw up.

They are one of the top prospects of war profiteering in the U.S.-led occupation of Iraq!

  • I would have to know what this was about.. the cops appear to be the bad guys.. BUT.. what were the people up to? It appears they dont want them on the public road..
