Oh that doesn't matter. I only care about the 5. There's no way to bring that 9 down to 5, even with every possible penalty in effect.

To make the combo challanges more difficult, You should require all video responses to verify that "auto block" is on before the combo.

Putting a combo together in your head is one thing, but landing the links in addition is another. Just a thought.

It's pretty easy to tell when someone screws up a combo. We can count hits and then check them against the combo counter when it shows up at the end.

Also if they mess up the combo at any point after landing a two-hit combo at the beginning, the combo counter will show up instantly.

Plus anytime you're watching attack data numbers like damage reduction and total combo damage, messing up the combo would ruin both of them. So Auto Block is kinda redundant.

does the ultra needs to be connected completely? I mean, the 8 ultra hits are necessary?

Nope, you don't need to connect the full ultra. Though i think you need at least two hits because the last hit always does extra damage. If you connect only one hit then the bonus might kick in and keep you from reaching 5 points.

This is a good challenge, im not trying to sound FULL PRO, but i good combo happy player could do this challenge without toooo many worries, but have you ever seen a ryu 23 HIT COMBO in SFIV ever??? You should make a challenge for that, i've tried and thought about combinations heaps but could never get past 22 hits, i wonder if 23 hits with ryu is actually possible O__O

lol ive actually done a 24 hit combo with ryu, it just takes some time but if u wanna see a crazy won there is a sakura 30 hit combo thats pretty crazy. i actually dont play ryu i main sakura and shes got crazy combos

There's a 25-hit non-dizzy Ryu combo in another video on my channel. You can probably get a couple more hits with a better setup because i was going for most Focus Attacks, not most hits.

It looks like a dope idea but i can't tell if all of it actually combos. I would've accepted it if you'd tilted the cell phone over a little bit just to show the combo counter popping up. From the lifebar it looks like the ultra is doing too much damage there.

and maybe you should specify an opponent so people can't pick seth for an easy stun. although, that could limit the creativity.

Yeah i thought about it making it more difficult, but the beauty of keeping it open-ended is that people are free to get as creatively crazy as they want. Plus i'm enjoying the variety in the responses. I don't think there's been a duplicate combo yet.

I guess the lowest isn't 90%. Haha. Ultracrazy1 was able to reduce it to 91%. Awesome.

The lowest is 90% reduction, so the last hit of Metsu has to be 9 points.

At corner with Gief:

Charge Focus Level 3 -> Forward Fierce, Stand Jab, Jab, Crouch Medium to Hadouken -> FADC -> Crouch Short, Stand Jab, Crouch Forward to EX Tatsumaki then link juggle to Metsu.

The first 7 hits of the Metsu will be reduced by 89%, which will be 5 points each. The last hit will be reduced by 90%, which will be 9 points. The combo's total damage is 417 and total of 22 hits.
