Can you sync entire playlists? Dragging and dropping individual songs seems tedious. You can drag and drop tracks directly to the phone, why do you need the iTunes agent software?

you have to make the playlist first, then select it in preferences in itunes agent, and also make sure your phone is connected as mass storage.

No you drag the songs to the playlist thats created. Then Right click iTunes Agent in your taskbar and click synchronize device. mp3 only. In iTunes, if your songs aren't mp3 right click on them and click create mp3 version. for your movies there is the program by "dvdvideosoft" called 3gp video converter i'll send you the link in a pm with instructions.

I downloaded itunes agent, everything works fine... but when i select anything other than "desktop" as my music folder the "ok" button turns grey and cannot be selected, I tried with a folder i created in both my internal memory and external micro sd memory. any thoughts... by the way, I used to use WMP to sync my music but for some reason it wont detect my Mp3 player anymore... I can still open/view/play all my files fine

Oh Okay, didn't know what you were talking about for a little bit there. haha. when you select those it's not going to let you. the little drop down arrows, on the side of those, click on them and select a folder. i'll take a snapshot and send it to you in a pm. :)

ok, I was able to create and select the folder, thanks :) I save the settings, I open itunes and the folder is not there under playlists. I did everything as described in the video, I used the exact same file names as you. My folder was located in "my documents" named iTunes A867... I'm running XP... shouldn't make a difference but I just thought I'd mention it :P thanks in advance

in preferences, the last piece of info you need to configure "Associate With Playlist:" select a playlist from iTunes, that playlist you'll put your music into and be able to sync to your device.

if your using the adapter yes. But if you have the usb cable then nope, you never have to remove it from your phone.

Well if you mean with the microsd adapter, yes. sorry i didn't mention that. But I just leave the microsd card in my phone and use the usb cable. Of course if you don't have the usb cable for your phone but you have the microsd adapter then just use that.
