Personally, I'm tired of being ruled by these "SMART PEOPLE" with Ivy League degrees. I think they have done enough damage already.

This dude's weak. There is no reason a state has to do it legislatively to nullify a bunk unconstitutional federal law. When the federal gov. passes an unconstitutional law there is no arguement, it should be rejected by the states, whether it is done through the legislative branch or not.
