@sauske772 It was too good. I don't care what anyone says. This series was a wholesome example of what good storytelling and a little heart can produce. It may not have been a top rated series, but it leaves you with a happy feeling at the end, unlike most animes nowadays that decide to kill everyone off and kick you in the gonads near the end.

@serodin007 exactly. it had a feeling and emotion that i haven't really ever seen in any other show or anime. there was just something about it that compelled you to watch it, whether it was the story, the characters, or the action. even a combination of all three.

and i know what you're talking about with the other anime too. as you can tell by my name, i used to like naruto (3 yrs ago) but, looking back, there's a complete difference between the souls of the two shows. namely, e7 has a soul

First thing first, I am a straight guy. I didn't cry at this part but I did come close to it at other points in the series. The closest I've ever come to crying about an anime was the ending of Code Geass (when, yes, I teared slightly) but those were tears of admiration (Lelouch is my idol!)

Awesome series though. You'd have to be made of stone to not be moved by it at some point or other.

That really wasn't what I was trying to say. I was just statingthat I didn't cry during it, but I was moved. I never intended to insult or attack anyone who cried during it. Also I've seen One Piece, and yeah, it has some really sad scenes too (Usopp leaves, Merry dies ect.) and didn't cry during that either, but I was still moved. I just don't cry often. that's all.
