I had a cortisone shots put in both of my heels last week, they were painless for about three days, but by the 7 day after the injection, and me walking at the state fair for 5 hrs yeaterday, the pain is back. The shots did not work. I will try the shock wave treatment next time around

I just got a shock wave therapy treatment; feels a lot better, I can't feel the bone spur in my heel, anymore with my thumb. I'm doing two more in total.

I got a heel injection today, at first felt wonderful but after a few hours I'm feeling the pain. Is that normal? I truely hope I feel better tomorrow.
