How do you know all this first of all. i said i like all of them. second no he dosent need permission to date other people but he does need to watch what he says in magazines especially if it involves miley. she has a lot of fan, and him basically saying that their realtionship didnt mean anything it sound really bad. Just an FYI...magazines lie a lot. If you got this from BOP or Tigerbeat or Popstar or J-14 or whatever, they lie A LOT. In one issue, it said that Miley said she was in love with Lucas Till and he loved her back. And clearly, they aren't going out. And it said Miley was leaving HM. So just to let you know...magazines like to lie to make their stories seem more interesting and gossip-worthy. That's just what they do.
