  • woman.. you are just as bad as me with the trucker mouth.. haha.. that was my new years resolution.. but that didn't work out too well.. haha

  • @nia815 i used to be soo bad, lol, it's not even funny

  • I do thnk p90x is worth it and I do believe in the shakeology. I think its a major part of it!!

  • Is it worth it? Yes. One thing I'd like to add as a bonus is the people you will meet. And the type of people you will meet will inspire you. I'm not saying that everyone is an angel. But I have yet to meet (online of course) someone that did not inspire me that is affiliated with Beach Body.

  • @bibbeny That's so tru, we're def an awesome group of ppl.

  • great video!!! you said when you first started you did your P90X workouts at the gym. How did you do that? Did you memorize the workout and do it there? Did you take a portable DVD player? how did you do that?

  • @easternstar12 The muscle routines I used my P90X worksheets, I hav yoga on my ipod and the other routines I'd do at home or use my port dvd player.

  • Love your passion for being healthy.

  • @ShrinkingNinja Thank u, I def love to wkout, love helping others get there too.

  • It is worth it and Im gonna keep on pushing play like you told me thank you so much!!!!

  • @broncofangj It so worth it. I think alot of ppl tend to be intimidated by it. It's not easy but doable. Keep pushing play. What day ae u on?

  • @souljagurlsha Iam on week 7 this week. I have really been pushing myself. Last week I was kind of down about the whole thing but, Im gonna stick with it. Thank you so much for your continued support. What kind of eating plan do you follow?? Im not doing his eating plan either. I am eating healthy but it just seems like I dont see a change. I feel good and strong. I dunno maybe Im lookin for too much too fast!

  • @broncofangj Jus gotta stay focused and keep pushing play. I don't follow the P90X/Insanity diet either. I do what I feel is right for me. I eat what I need not really so much as to what I want. Before u eat something think to urself "will this hinder or hurt me or is it gonna help me reach my goals". 5-6 small meals. I also do the Shakeology for breakfast and with that I don't do the multi vit anymore.

  • @souljagurlsha thanks so much I will definitely try to remain focused. I have taken a good long look at what I eat and I do eat 5-6 small meals a day. What is shakeology???? I do have a protein shake meal replacement for breakfast every morning and I do take vitamins also.Im not giving up by any means I just gotta stick with it!!!

  • @broncofangj Shakeology is a meal replacement drink sold thru beachbody the maker of P90X. It's packed with probiotics, vit, min and a bunch of other health stuff for u. I jus started it this month, it only has 140 cal so it's def not high in calories. Sounds like ur doing what u need to be doing.

  • @souljagurlsha thanks

  • @broncofangj Anytime

  • P90x is definatly worth it I can tell u that and I'm almost finished with my week 3 and I'm seeing small results already! I really love the program and like urself I do believe that when I finish these 90 days ill be pushing myself into another round. And ur absolutely right. Way cheaper then a gym membership and in my opinion better results! =D keep pushin girl. I love u! And u inspire me and are the reason I am pressing play for p90x =)

  • @Melboo08WeightLoss That's another I try to get ppl to understand that u may need another round or 2 and there's nothing wrong with that. I lov the heck out of this prog cause for one I kno for a fact that if u work the prog u will hav awesome results. Thanx girlie, I'm so proud of u, I can't say that enough

  • running out of thing to say about this awsome lady .but i will say she is aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawsome and realy inspires me :)

  • @orangecake68 lol, thank u so much

  • you have and continue to inspire me. i have to admit that i have never completed the program...basically because i get extremely bored with the monotonous nature of it. however, i have been cleansing and now have made the commitment to start on monday and you know what? somehow, i know that i will love it. i have to admit, though, that i will incorporate cathe frederick's videos to keep me from boredom. thanks for sharing!

  • @majoshlin Thank u soo much. I kno, I've been doing it for a while and I'm amazed I'm not bored to hell either. Alot of it is that I've been wking out to myself doing the wouts, lol, I'd never get bored f seeing me, lol. And the muscle routines I do from the wksheets, so it doesn't even take the whole hr. I do the ab ripper at the park with my sn or evn whilewatching TV. I've made the program work for me. I bought some "Biggest Loser"dvds, but man thier too easy for me. Thanx again.

  • I agree P90X is worth it. As mentioned, I don't pay for a gym membership nor do I have to wait for equipment as I always did at the gym. I also don't lose the time it takes to drive to and from the gym. It's really a personal preference. Some get motivation by watching others beside them where as I motivate myself and like the freedom that P90X and similar programs afford me.

  • @SilkeeRR It def comes down to personal preference though. It's not for everybody. If ur working ur own and it's wking for u then by all means do "you". This program is not for everybody as I said in my last vid. Now when I first started I'd do my wkouts at the gym which I loved doing. But that's the grea thing about the program, u can basically do the wkouts anywhere. I also like that it's all mapped out for u, do kno what to do ad when. Thanx

  • Can you tell us how much money you have spent in total since joining the P90X revolution?

I burned it from a friend's DVD package and have it saved on my hard drive. I am happy to report that I have never used it.

I decided to get back into a gym routine before starting the program but instead of starting it - I just made a decision to commit to the gym and to eat better.

At age 30 I am in the best shape of my life and all @ the cost of a $20 monthly gym membership.

    2 each his own tho.

  • @awhodatt I just view P90X (and similar programs) like I do diets or fads.

They are too "out there" and therefore, the likelihood of them actually becoming a (long term) lifestyle change is not very high - in my opinion - especially when compared to the average active lifestyle as enjoyed by millions of people the world over.

P90X seems to require a lot of extra space, equipment and restricted guidance - this is what put me off.

    Nevertheless - you look great!

I guess thats all that matters.

  • @awhodatt ur so right, to each is own. I bought the program and I've been doing it for the last two yrs. I had a gym membership and was paying 30 bucks a month ( which I had a contract for 3 yrs, u dthe math, lol) . I did the gym thing and I didn't get anywhere close to where I am now. For me it was actually making to the gym, I hav a lil guy and it became inconvient for me. I love the fact that I can wkout at home. The equipment I ha at home are things I use daily without a doubt.

  • @awhodatt I've basically mad it my life which for me is easy cause I love to wkout. I've def had amazing results from it. Now when it comes to extra space it really doesn't, one room, one space, lol. Hell I do this wkout everywhere, at thepark with my son, at the gym when I had that membeship, lol. Extra equipment is up to u, lol, I could hav gotten bands for everything, but I wanted a challenge, I got the challenge and here I am 2 twos strong.

  • it's totally worth it for me :o)

  • @Gabbihealth I soo agree, I see u girl.

  • Nicely done!

  • @825Roni Thanx
