  • that would look more enticing if u had goji berries on there

  • this is great minus the tofu or any soy, gluten, wheat products.

  • myth buster!

  • thank u, this was very informative, just the info i was looking for, i enjoyed all of you videos n will refer them to other ppl.

  • So what does this mean to all of the bodybuilders, powerlifters, olympic lifters and others in training who consume one GRAM of protein per pound of bodyweight or MORE?

Thanks for pointing out the total bullshit "milk for health" and "beef its what's for dinner" marketing campaigns!

Too much grain is acidic too and humans have only been eating grains (as a crop) for a few thousand years (according to archaeological research).

  • @Dumbfounded113 Wrong!

Grains have been eaten since antiquity going back 10 and 12 thousand years in Africa(millet), Egypt(wheat), Lebanon/Syria(barley) and China(rice)

  • Really enjoyed all these videos. Thanks for sharing!

  • I'm thinking of a t-shirt - something like Eat mEat dEath...though the death is actually global. I was in Mongolia, they eat a lot of meat there, but during the lambing season they go vege, cant eat mum. At least there it seems related to survival.

  • i feel empowered after watchin, thank you doc..

  • What if you,re gluten intolerant? Grains are also full of parasites and molds. Dr. Hulda Clark did a study of commercial grains in America and found they all had mold on them. Soy in America is GMO. When was this made, I wonder? What is the answer. What is safe to eat these days?

  • @MsTydus14 devils backbone from the cockpit mountains of jamaica

  • The site from the given link appears as a threat ????

  • This info is so bogus. Grains??? LOL. Grains are killing many Americans with undiagnosed Celiac disease. Soy? LOLLL Soy raises estrogen and causes other health issues. How about eat meat sparingly, all raw veggies of various kinds (mostly juice), some fruit, drink lots of water and exercise 30 minutes in the morning and night? Learn about stress reduction and how to meditate. Learn about order and timing of digestion, proper food combining and exactly how our bodies work.

  • @MormonManUtah You're a fuckin idiot pal. Suggesting that eating meat is healthy is ridiculous. Fuck you and your Latter Day Saint bullshit.

  • Dr. Klaper is fantastic. He provides an immense amount of information in a concise, entertaining way. Thanks for posting.

  • I went vegan from being a meat eater 2 years ago (no transition - I took the whole plunge!!!). Lost 85 pounds, blood pressure now normal, no longer get out of breath, no longer get pins and needles in my extremities, sleep like a baby, no longer take anti-depressants, chlorestorol very low, triglycerides below 150! & I have more energy now than I did as a teen. Its so worth it. I'm never going back.

  • Hey there! Have you thought about intellectus diet (google intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my cousin lost tons of weight with it.

  • LOVE it !!!! Thank you :) !

  • @bluestarbuckscup man, you cant nit pick. of course you shouldnt eat vats of peanut butter. why would you even waste time typing that

  • Processed grains are acidic and bad for you so you should only eat organic sprouted grains.

  • Why did he have to mention population control?

  • @appleguyzer because thats whats happening. open your eyes

  • It's gonny take me a while to stop eating meat but this video has basically turned me vegetarian.

  • Another way to look at it - if you have meat all day long, you substitute a lion in the jungle. With over 6 billions powerful lions eating so many animals, the food chain is quite different than what nature designed.

Humans should be humans, not become lions, or we end up with lion-like violence in life.

  • very informative , excellent videos

  • FUCKING GENIOUS!! Amazing amazing amazing!

  • excellent

  • I know it works for some, but imitation meat will never be the way to go for me. If I switch to vegetarianism I'll just be dropping meat out of the diet rather than trying to trick myself.

  • @readchomsky

    couldn't agree more

  • @readchomsky So true.

  • Bulls and horses are vegetarians and they are not weak, Or sickly.

  • Awesome. Thanks so much for that detailed breakdown of diet. I'd like to investigate more some of the claims you made, but I was captivated by the presentation and the depth into which you went into the effects of animal vs plant protein in the body and in united States of America's most common diseases.

  • @brutus64 oh yeah, he did indeed say "elimina... controlling our population" but somehow his advice is pretty good in nature, maybe he was thinking "eliminating meat from our diet" but decided not to repeat himself and istead went on to "controlling our population which is misbehaving in regard to our ecosystems".

  • nevermind, I think I had already found the answer to this question since I am on a vegetarian gluten free diet and so is my partner. So its possible yes, but no wheat, barley and rye derivatives in our diet at all !! Yes to fruit, vegetables, olive oil, sunflower oil, rice and so far to milk and eggs, but after your video I'll surely be improving my diet even more

  • I like the advice, except for the part where it said the diet should be based on grains. uhh. but sir, what about people who can't eat grains that contain gluten.

  • Excellent lecture. Thank you very much for posting this video. Loving Jolibee, MacDonald, KFC foods , etc. in my younger days created lots of my health problems today. But, shifting to vegetable foods do a lot of sudden miracle of my health. Thank you for affirming my experience.

  • To everyone commenting. Please don't let this be the last thing on nutrition you watch/read...do your homework so you can make the proper decision for yourself. What works for some may not work for others. There was a reason why my parents labeled McDonalds as a "treat". Moderation and variety works best for me.

  • Listen to segment 8:30 - 8:35 he slips up and spills his hidden agenda about annihilation of the human race.

  • That was fascinating! I feel like I learned a lot of great info! Thanks!

  • This 6 part youtube master class was wayyyyy ahead of its time!!!

  • cows dont drink milk?????so the babys calves when they are sucking on the utters are drinking water?

  • @flexwheelR you answered your own question. Calves drink milk, cows do not.

  • Problem is meat is delicious; most vegetarian recepies taste better when you add meat.

  • What an eye opener. Watching this scared the bejeebers out of me as i love eating meats, particularily fish and chicken. Starting immediately, i'm going vegan.

  • @witchninni : Vegetarian religionists use graphic language and images to get this response and it appears to have worked on you. There is no reason whatsoever to drop all animal foods from your diet and remember this; the healthiest, longest-lived civilizations were neither vegetarian nor vegan.

  • @witchninni Good for you, how is it going? I've been vegan for about 2 years, I'd love to help out! Good luck!

  • this guy is a genius

  • Grains and legumes are not edible unless cooked. Potatoes aren't edible unless cooked. None of these foods were part of the human diet until man began cultivating crops and domesticating animals. So you are saying that foods that didn't exist throughout most of human evolution is best for us?

  • Broccoli may be 15% protein but you have to eat a truckload of it to get any worthwhile amount from it. Percentages are useless. How many grams of protein in a cup of broccoli?

  • @auggiedoggy Ok fine dude 2 tablespoons of peanut butter provide almost 10g of protein. The human body runs on carbohydrates mostly. It doesn't need protein. It needs amino acids. The protein in cooked meat and dairy has cross linked amino acids that clog the colon. Plus there is a million other problems.

  • @777TylerJB : Great but not everyone can eat peanut butter. Here is the conclusion drawn from a study on protein intake and muscle mass index: A vegetarian diet is associated with a lower muscle mass index than is an omnivorous diet at the same protein intake. A good indicator of muscle mass index in women seems to be animal protein intake.

  • Animals happen to get B12 from consuming foods contaminated with this vitamin and then it becomes a source in human consumption. There are many green plant based sources. Visit the Q&A category for more info at this free site: easyveganmeals

  • Very useful information! Thank you!

  • great set of video's ...

So, eggs is to be avoided too. But, Since eggs is not animal flesh, is it acceptable sometimes ?

  • @bruce77ch No. Its loaded with cholesterol and cant be digested. Creates mucus in the body. Big cause of lots of hormonal problems too.

  • My friend told me about this video. I feel really bad for i am SLIGHTLY overweight. And i eat meat like a bastard. But i have a huge pack of frozen vegitables that i will cook tonight and eat with my leftover curried chicken. But when i finish my meat (I'm not rich, ( I can't throw it away) i will go to the supermarket and drastically change my shopping habits. It won't be easy, But i'll definitly do it. I'm sick of feeling the way i am and i don't wanna die so i can have lots of sex.

  • @mikeygeneral lol. well. that's motivation for you. lol. you will love the change.

  • @iroc31407 Sex Sex SEx - are you a female? do you want to cvome over for sex? LMAO just kidding. but i sorta changed things. i'm feeling kinda cooler like i was in high school.

  • @mikeygeneral What a marvelous reason to live

  • great video, I agree with Dr. Klaper

    5*'s

  • Superb! I couldn't agree more.

  • This is a good video, but since 1993, there has been additional dietary research about all carbohydrates not being equal.

Green plant type carbs are actually better than grains. The video disregards the importance of fish sources of Omega-3 for those who cannot metabolize it from Flax or Walnut, because not all people can do that.

  • @rozagain

Where does the fish get the omega-3's from?

  • Awesome lecture! Thank you for sharing these videos! I will share them. Blessings!

  • seriously going vegetarian now! I wish everyone could see this video

  • Great lecture; everything he said seemed to ring true, except for the thing about controlling the population. I personally feel the "Mother Nature" will do that for us, and that when men, esp. evil rich men, try their hand at this, we end up with perpetual genocide and "soft kill" chemicals in our food and water; so I support your ability to eat whatever you want, esp. good health conscious foods; but when you start telling people they can only have one kid; I call it Fascism. Thanks for posting

  • Avoid soy and tofu in your diet unless its fermented. Non-fermented soy products stop the body from absorbing nutrients.

  • @TheGreenDoveOnline Very good point, tempeh and miso are okay soy food sources. Dr. Mercola has a very good video about it, you can find it under "why is soy not a healthy food" or something like it

  • wow thank you for uploading this

    I just didn´t know

  • That was really good! He broke it down.

  • Be sure you soak the almonds a couple of days and rinse them well before you blend them with non-chlorinated water, to make a wonderful alkaline food. Non-soaked almonds contain tannic acid, the substance that is used to tan leather. Peanuts (along with some moldy grains and corn) contain an aflatoxin that, according to Dr. Campbell, initiates a condition that turns into cancerous tumors with the addition of dairy. A peanut butter Arrowhead Mills does not contain this aflatoxin.

  • An excellent orator. Thank you for posting this!

  • good video
