Thank you for uploading all the videos, I am a big fan of FFVII and I wanted to watch them for some time now. Unfortunately, the writers have somehow completely ruined Lucretia's character for me as she doesn't match my expectations from FFVII. I don't feel very happy overall with the plot or how are some things presented either but that is probably just the nostalgia from FFVII speaking :)

I hope SquareEnix makes another FF7 that focuses on all of the characters again. DOC just feels like FF7 shrunk. I think the 2nd and 3rd matrix movies had the same problem. They had this huge world, why not use it?

even though i am loathe to the idea of more ffvii spinoffs, i am kinda curious to see where exactly they were going with this ending, especially genesis' important role in crisis core, is there full on sequel in the works that will take FOREVER and we won't know about til like years down the line???...i'd like to think so ;) as well as that goddamn remake!!! by now it should be obvious to SQUARE the best course of action at this point, enough people have asked for it!!!!!

You know I think Vincent see's Shelke as a sort of daughter figure now, while she see's him as a brother since Shalua isn't around. And did anyone else catch how worried Yuffie was? I really do think that she's in love with him or at least has a crush. Though I don't think he's aware of it since all he did was wallow in guilt up until now. He does care about her though, he keeps saving her lol.

While Sephiroth has the power of Jenova, the Calamity from the Sky, Genesis has the power of Minerva, the Goddess of the Planet. I'm sure Cloud and his friends will most like be involved, with Selke taking the spot left by Aerith... Just a guess, really...
The reason Genesis reawakens is because he became the defender of the planet at the end of CC. So, if he's only waking up now, having slept through Meteor and those psycho babies, then something a whole lot worse is going to happen. Hehehe. If Genny can't fulfil his job, the others are f*cked.

taking a closer look at genesis i figured out he looks more real than animated, yes the last part where genesis' figure pops out is actually a real motion picture rather than any ordinary animation and i m not kidding here, then doing a bit research on him i found out that unlike the genesis that appeared on crisis core this Genesis's physical appearance is based on Gackt, the person who wrote and performed Dirge of Cerberus's theme song. Final Fantasy VII-2 should have Genesis as main evil dude and bring sephiroth back and rufus shinra and the whole party on a crazy adventure once again plz square we've been waiting long enough and you guys left us with a cliffhanger whats up with that

if you think about it, Genesis is the main bad guy in VII. he began a war that would ultimately lead with Hojo's rise to power, Sephiroth turning into the pyscho we know and hate, and Zack's Death. and he also wanted the Lifestream. plus, with this secret ending, it looks like their is going to be another Final Fantasy VII game or movie, this time dealing with Genesis and, by the looks of it, Weiss.
@hellpurge108 actually crisis core came out after this one did. whether it was made first i don't know, though judging by the graphics crisis core came out after. the north american release of the game was about 2 years after this one.
Thank god they changed Genesis's voice for Crisis Core!!! If I had to go through that whole game with Genesis sounding like freakin Count Dracula I think I would've given up on the game!

@Espadaknight4 through chronological history of the story it was CC,FFVII,AC and DOC, zack was known because of the original game so that's why zack was able to be a part of AC even though CC wasn't released yet and since CC was made as the latest installment it was only then that everything was made clear of the history before FFVII, now as for G he wasn't dead at CC he was sort of half dead like in coma or something and that's when Nero and Weiss got him and thus making him alive

@Ryusora13 Considering this game came out before Crisis Core did and they didn't have a solid voice actor yet I would consider this voice actor a test. Besides they used Gackt as Genesis here with no special effects other than his wing.
I love that song at the end~ Gackt is a kickass artist....but I never expected him to be singing at the end of this game. XD It kinda suits it though, now that I think about it. >.>
As much as I was thrilled that they let Gackt voice Genesis first, seeing as how Genesis is modelled on Gackt... it just didn't work... which is why I'm glad they let him do his own language version and then get a different english voice for Crisis Core.

First it's Zack, who becomes Genesis' arch enemy, then there's CLoud, carrying out Zack's Legacy, and then Hojo interferes with Omega, as Genesis too becomes part of through Weiss and Nero, who is Vincent's enemy (because both were meant to be Sephie's father), and now Genesis takes the reigns... It was always Genesis...

if you think about it, Genesis is the main bad guy in VII. he began a war that would ultimately lead with Hojo's rise to power, Sephiroth turning into the pyscho we know and hate, and Zack's Death. and he also wanted the Lifestream. plus, with this secret ending, it looks like their is going to be another Final Fantasy VII game or movie, this time dealing with Genesis and, by the looks of it, Weiss.

@hellpurge108 actually crisis core came out after this one did. whether it was made first i don't know, though judging by the graphics crisis core came out after. the north american release of the game was about 2 years after this one.

Genesis is voiced by Robin Atkin-Downes here. Downes is replaced by Oliver Quinn in "Crisis Core".
Also, this scene is live-action in front of a green screen played by Genesis's Japanese voice actor Gackt, whom Genesis is based on.

@Espadaknight4 through chronological history of the story it was CC,FFVII,AC and DOC, zack was known because of the original game so that's why zack was able to be a part of AC even though CC wasn't released yet and since CC was made as the latest installment it was only then that everything was made clear of the history before FFVII, now as for G he wasn't dead at CC he was sort of half dead like in coma or something and that's when Nero and Weiss got him and thus making him alive

@scottydo474 Its because Genesis was based on Gackt... Square-Enix put him into this secret ending as a CG... Look him up and you'll see the similarities... He was also wearing that costume for the music video for Redemption...

@Ryusora13 Considering this game came out before Crisis Core did and they didn't have a solid voice actor yet I would consider this voice actor a test. Besides they used Gackt as Genesis here with no special effects other than his wing.

As much as I was thrilled that they let Gackt voice Genesis first, seeing as how Genesis is modelled on Gackt... it just didn't work... which is why I'm glad they let him do his own language version and then get a different english voice for Crisis Core.

GENESIS IS GONNA BE THE NEXT MAIN CHARACTER!!! Ironic, isn't it? First it's Zack, who becomes Genesis' arch enemy, then there's CLoud, carrying out Zack's Legacy, and then Hojo interferes with Omega, as Genesis too becomes part of through Weiss and Nero, who is Vincent's enemy (because both were meant to be Sephie's father), and now Genesis takes the reigns... It was always Genesis...
