I watched all 10 of the video segment of this documentary. Very interesting. These young man are getting a great music education. Obviously there is a lot of competition and pressure to excel amongst the kids.

I was born in Germany in the early 50's but have forgotten most of my German language skills.

For a short while I lived at a Catholic boys home in Wiesbaden , Germany in the early 60's when I was 10, so, this has some similarities.
