@Chineselight DLTK (AKA Dark License to Kill) is the hardest possible difficulty setting you can play the game on (BY FAR) and is done by playing the game on 007 Mode with each and every enemy stat set to the maximum without the use of cheats.

If you ever choose to try out a level on DLTK settings, expect to enter a world of PAIN, because DLTK takes the difficulty of the game FARRR beyond the level it was intended to be played on.
