Guys understand this the name faith for this game actually means something. Faith represents the term leap o faith. So he used trust because it means " to trust your self" fuck you if you disagree I'm liking this cuz this is well done.

I hate it when people turn strong female characters into mothers. Not that there's anything wrong with that but that seems to happen to ALL strong female characters, as if independence is something they're incapable of while you've got Batman, Spiderman, Superman, even Robin/Nightwing who never settle down to have kids. If they have kids, they don't have to take care of them and if they like someone, that person ends up dead or they don't stay together. I would hate for this to happen to Faith.

the single most underrated and greatest game out there. Its game-play is awesome, the plot is great, character is intriguing. I cant believe they canceled the 2nd game. Hope they will come to their sences and make a series of continuation of this game. It would be better if they added little more character modifications though. Would look nice to be able customize her a bit. Other than that, an awesome game!!!

I can keep playing this game forever though. One of the few games that I actually love. Do you know if they have announced the date when it is coming out though?

@losdruid After rereading my comment, it did, in my perspective, sound harsh. So sorry for that. Actualy the news about it being cancelled was on 2010. TheRyanTelevision said it'll be in mid to late 2012 the release. Also Wikipedia said about it being mentioned on E3 2011 about being in development, but with a newer engine.

I'm playing again from the start, so at least I have an idea of solving the puzzles and getting the combat sorted. Portal 2 is one of the best games I've ever played but its main character is not as fascinating as Faith from Mirrors Edge. The mood while playing is a different. Portal2 has awesome humor and game mechanics (tag ftw :) and Mirrors Edge a beautiful world with philosophical aspects and an awesome hero

Actually, has been recently opened into development again. Using the Frostbite 2 Engine, EA say "We want to make this release right". So it will be awhile till we hear anything again about Mirror's Edge 2.

Bit of a risk from EA, despite the games concept and gameplay being incredible, the storyline and lack of sales made this game flop. Maybe if people stopped obsessing over Call Of Duty cloned war games, Mirror's Edge 2 may break through.
