  • Yeah.. I think it's supposed to be at their shoulders when they're sitting. o.O But as long as there's someone there with the baby, I guess it shouldn't matter.

  • that is awesome, every new mum needs one!

  • Help!! There's a pink frog trapped in a jar of water..

  • thats too much water

  • Your baby is sooooooooooooo adorable... thanks for sharing this... I am in 19weeks pregnancy now, sometimes feel moody but this vid really make my day... ^-^

  • he is like mmmm nice

  • LOOKS LIKE YOU ARE TRYING TOO DROWN THE KID!

  • adorable!!!

  • tummy tub is awesome but you're not supposed to fill the tub that high

  • how do those work? like for crying babies i mean? my daughter is almost 3 months old and she screams her head off when i try ti give her a bath so i tried taking a bath with her and she still screams. Idk what to do! D: Ima First times mom

  • awww!

  • incredible!!!

  • looks freaky like a preserved fetus in a jar

  • They really are great but you filled it too far. Your baby should be able to let their head fall forward without touching the water.

He really did go from screaming to chilled out in seconds though. They're so simple but ingenius.

  • what a little cutie pie!!

Personally, the tub kind of scares me.. I feel like if, god forbid, my hand slips that he will go under. He likes like he is LOVING it though.. I'm sure it reminds them of when they were inside their mom's bellies and that is pretty relaxing. I would love one for my size. lol

  • Even if you did slip for a second, newborns have a reflex that tells them to hold their breath if they are underwater. They'll do it automatically until around six months, when they need to learn how to do it.

  • so, according to the instructions you fill the tub up to where?

one more question, what is the difference between a bucket and the tummy tub? is it just thicker and it keeps the heat for longer time?

  • A household bucket is not designed and the overall shape is not suitable for bathing babies safely. In some buckets it may be possible for the baby to slip under. Also the plastic used in some buckets may have toxic pigments which could harm your baby or cause skin allergies. The Tummy Tub is made from a safe environmentally safe polypropylene plastic, there are no harmful substances used in its manufacture and there are no sharp edges.

  • oh..how sweet!

The baby would calm down even faster if you put less water in the bucket...so he could seat and relax!

  • Thanks for filming Kristen!

  • Well, I'm biased, but I love how you can see him calm down so quickly. The tummy tub is the best! Great job, Steph!
