Moon boombing had something to do with this I believe. Edgar Cayce wrote the story about Atlantis, and these people had weapons like this that moved the earth. The same evil people live now, who enslave all, and do not want to share the world or technology with all.

Some how I think the moon bombing was a test of these weapons. We must demand the end of all wars, even on our own people. The human race crys out, but the rich are too full of themselves to even care.

If you read the story about Atlantis, by Edgar Cayce, he states the Atlantis people had weapons like this, ones that moved the earth. This was wrtten before tv, before the great depression. Cayce says the advancements we have are from Atlantis, evil souls being reborn.

I live in panamá .. and I noticed the clouds wave formation of haarp going to south .. like 2 weeks before the quake.. don´t know if it has anything to do. .but I remembered it clearly

@marypoppins2009, I think the US government is going to use HAARP to strike the United States and have a reason to declare Martial Law and evacuate all Americans into the FEMA camps, which they've been building for decades, and the FEMA coffins will be used in case of death. Is HAARP being used often to warm up the facility for the big one in the US? Is that why the government been warning us that a big one WILL hit the USA? How does the government know that the US is next and FEMA gets ready

I agree as well. Just what I was thinking. The only people that arent getting with this NWO program is south america. Their rattling their cage. I think they just missed and hit Haiti

well i agree that it is used for atmospheric testing with the ionisphere and other things, but i also think that it has other uses. It is owned by the navy and air force and they would only invest in somthing that could provide them with weapon/ intelligence characteristics and just because they dont say that its a weapon doesnt mean it isnt. We both have a very limited amount of knowledge on HAARP but from what ive studied is that it most certainly does have the means to affect tectonic plates.

im not saying this earthquake was caused by haarp but they use haarp to send low frequency radio waves to these areas like the ring of fire that are unstable and are on the verge of their plates shifting, so all it does is bassicly trigger the unstable plates to move and cause an earthquake. The reason why people say look it up yourself is so you can get both sides of the story and see how the scales dont match up.
