@mileymama1 Definitely! Just make sure that your pencil is very well-sharpened if you want a precise line. Because pencils tend to be smudgy, you may also want to carefully set it using a thin brush and black eyeshadow to make it last longer. I hope you don't mind me answering your question :)

I love this! I use this technique everytime I need a little vintage touch to my makeup. I feel that the other beauty vlogs(is that the right word?) just don't explain their technique enough or it comes out looking too...either messy or..sharp. I hope that makes sense! It looked great until you put drew the line into your tear duct. You should only do this on the top lash line for the most drama. The trick is to make your eyes look farther apart

That's probably the best cat's eyeliner tutorial I've seen and believe me I've watched loads on here. I especially liked that (and I'm not being offensive in any way shape or form when I say this) that your upper lid was slightly hooded like mine because when I try this look often my flick just disappears into the upper eyelid hood.
