Keenyn Crier's 83 yard punt against Southern Cal is the longest NCAA D-1A punt for the 2007 & 2008 seasons. He garnered All-America honors by 4 organizations his Fresh year & 1 organization his Soph year, along with all PAC-10 honors, Ray Guy top 10 semi-finalist 2007. With the success of the Arizona offense in 2008, Crier had only 47 attempts, 20 to 30 less attempts than other punters. Hopefully, his U of Arizona 2009 football season will be comparable. His kickoffs & FG's, pretty strong too.

As a high school senior he was kicking 67 yd FGs. He's an athlete fielding many bad snaps and faster (4.4sec 40m) than most of the defensive backfield on the roster. Give him a decent long snapper. So, far no one in his career has returned a punt or kickoff for a touchdown against him. Hopefull he remains healthy.
He's a junior this year (he was a freshman when he made the 83 yard punt), so he can declare after this year is done for the NFL. He'll be a player there in the future for sure.
