it's true that it wasn't perfected yet... but Phineas is so much cooler when he's smiling and exciting. I mean, he's too young to be acting like he's too good for this. Also... about his voice, the Voice Actor was still probably young, his voice wasn't changing yet. Believe it or not the Voice Actor is a teenage boy. He's pretty cute too ^^
