Lower your seat to the lowest possible setting, and go faster. A lot faster. Things will be much easier.

For the ascent section, you need the seat to be high for power, and the ride's long enough you can't realistically stand the entire way - at least, this is the way I see it.

@nandoanalog Dude that doesnt make any sense. I've never gotten real power with my seat low. Especially climbing. If you stand up your back wheel will spin out like crazy. For downhillers low seats are the way to go, but these people aren't really doing downhill now are they?
