her technique is great, but ive always thought her voice was kind of small, shes like the epitomy of pipsqueak teapot coloraturas, the drawbacks of which are more apparent in roles like this that necessitate more dramatic command. shes perfectly well suited to Olympia, however, her recording is one fo the best of youtube.

Unbelievable! This is the best Queen of the Night performance I have ever seen. The best recording I've heard though is Luciana's performance, directed by Sir Colin Davis. It sounds more effortless on the high notes.

Awesome pitch, extremely musical and flawless acting. Whats up with the trill? I realize it is written "backward" (for lack of a better term) but it sounds quite strange. Not like other recordings I've heard. Maybe trilling is not her thing?
