You're right. I was moving too much. I also noticed it while reviewing the video. I chalk it up to the newness of the fight believing that even one stack could be detrimental.
Last time we did it I either, like you said, cast and twitched/jumped every few secs or found a nice cozy fire.
why the hell are you moving so much? its cast / jump / cast / jump, or cast / move, you can move 1 yard, and it will still count, and watch for the star lights, you stood around doing nothing but runing too much.

I don't think Frostfire is 'better' than Arcane. But I do believe it has an advantage is certain situations.
But honestly, I forgot to switch to Fireball/TTW spec for the fight... did well enough anyway I suppose.
