as a native chicagoan of too many decades, the olympics will be a parking nightmare free for all with the men in the blue trucks and little round yellow things, booting unsuspecting touristas and towing their cars to who knows where, it will be a logistical and public relations nightmare short of the charge of the light brigade and isandlawana, and the grant park riots of 68 (which i kinda enjoyed on the eve of my viet nam vacation.)

Chicago is great and diverse. Mayor Daley always tries his best to show the multi-cultures in Chicago for tourists. Chicago is the heart of the U.S. and it is the best location for American companies' headquarters to establish here because of the safety environment. We also have world-wide famous universities, such as University of Chicago, Northwestern University, DePaul University, University of Illinois at Chicago, Loyola University, IIT, National-Louis University, etc.
